If you have just opened this file is because maybe you are sure enough to apply to LCP or maybe because you are still thinking what is going to happen with you the next year. However, we have a message for you… This process, without a doubt, can be one of the most challenging and intense the organization has. However, within all that it means to be LCP, surely things will be more difficult than the initial process. But DON’T be scared, it is worth it. GEN 2018 – 2019, requires the strongest leadership of AIESEC in Colombia to make the great changes that we are experiencing today happen, but also requires a generation of LCPs capable of transforming all their passions into actions and not leave ideas in nice words but to carry them to execution. That requires us to have the best talent, and we are sure that you have it. Trust yourself, but also know that you have your MC Beat always there, to help you wherever possible. And if you are still doubting, remember that this is probably AIESEC's most powerful experience and that it is probably an experience that only comes once in life. Do not regret not do it, give it all to the end and leave all your experience, your knowledge and your passion for your local entities in this process to prove they you have the best talent. Hey applicant! Before starting this process it is mandatory to read the MOF booklet. Make sure you understand the role but also you accomplish all the requirements. If you do not, you won’t be considered as official applicant even if you send your application on time.

Be careful! The plagiarism of the application of another candidate of the present process or of previous processes will generate the immediate expulsion of the process and the opening of a case of ethics. Likewise, any behavior that puts the process at risk in the local entity or attacks the process of another candidate will be reason of expulsion.

Each entity has a Local Election Manager in charge of implementing the process and be responsible of The selection of the election subcommittee and the communication between this and the applicants for the interview process. If you have any questions about the process at the local level please refer to the election managers or your current LCP.

In the next pages of this booklet you are going to find all the information about the content of the application, video and requirements, this is the first step to be an official applicant.

If you managed to submit the application, meet the requirements and be an official candidate, the next step is the presentation of the following interviews: 1. MC OD interview (evaluated by the MC OD Director of the stage). 2. MCP Interview 3. LCP Interview (evaluated by the current LCP of the LC). 4. Psychological interview (evaluated by the selected person) 5. THT Test: This test will be sent by the national office after you are considered an official candidate. *If you have already run this process, the only interview you can not repeat is the psychological interview. You can repeat the rest or repeat only the interviews in which you scored lower (these will be indicated by your LCP).

For any LCP candidate the nomination results will come from an evaluation of the following points by the elections subcommittee:  Personality  Alignment with organizational purpose  Local entity management  Team management  National General Assembly Member  Functional and organizational knowledge To be nominated you Need to have a score higher than 80 in the weighting of the written application + video and the interview process.

Once you are nominated, the local election manager is responsible for generating discussion spaces, socialization of proposals and strategies of candidates and Q & A. After this, the final election will take place within the framework of a local assembly.

The LCP elected will have to attend to CEO’s Academy from 14th October to 16th October.

Will have to attend virtually to the required meetings with the Member Committee.

After the election process, the national office will implement a new track and assesment system for LCPs elected: LCP Performance Assesment will be implemented. For this tool, the evaluation criteria will be two: 1. Function fulfillment of the current role (EB member 2017, Team Leader 2017 or other). 2. Fulfillment of basic tasks that must begin to execute as an elected LCP. LCP Performance Assesment for LCPs elected will be measured monthly. In case that the minimum qualification expected in the evaluation is not reached, the permanence in both roles of the organization (current role and elected LCP) will be taken into consideration by the national office in the company of the current local president. This means that even being elected in the role of LCP can be removed from it without having started its management period for lack of compliance with the roles. The Application process is the first and only opportunity you will have to present yourself and your proposals to your entity before the election assembly.

1. Your Profile (max. 1 page): Where you have to describe your AIESEC experience and main achievements in each role 2. General Questionnaire: Answer all the questions listed below. (max. 11 Pages) 3. Resume: General explanation of your application, include drivers and goals per product, NPS and TXP goal (max. 1 page) 4. Video: Attach the link of a 3 minutes video where you explain the summary of your application 5. CV: where you have to describe your external experience, academic experience and professional profile. 6. Endorsements: attach 4 endorsements or recommendation letters from someone who led you, someone you led, a co-worker (AIESECer) and one external endorsement (co worker out of AIESEC, academical)

Is expected one ZIP file in which you include: one pdf for: your profile, general questionnaire and resume, one pdf for your CV and one for your endorsement letters.

The notification of official candidates will arrive at your mails in a maximum period of 24 hours after the deadline, once it is verified that your application meets all the established requirements

1. Why applying to LCP drives you from 100 to 128 BPM? 2. Share with us your manifesto: Why are you standing for Local Committee President of your entity for the term 18/19? You are free to do it the way you want, be creative!

According to the Finances Growth Path, assess the current state of your entity and propose an action plan to lead your entity to have a MASTER CFO. 4. What is the current state of the MoS of TXP in your entity? What are your specific strategies to improve those MoS?

5. According to the roadmap 17.18 at global level, propose strategies for aligning your local entity to the foundational and non-foundational projects that AIESEC in Colombia is part of. 6. Review the state of the delivery of standards in all the products of your entity(include expa data). What are the next steps to fulfill the delivery of standards and achieve complete in your experiences? 7. According to the Organizational Evolution Model, would you be a specialized or multicore entity for the second semester of 2017? (And what would be your focus products and their clusters) How do you envision your entity evolving during the next three years? (Include type, (specialized or multicore) focuses,and clusters)

8. In case of being elected, how do you envision your contribution to the national assembly? Choose two subcommittees and evaluate their current status. What evolution do you propose for each one? 9. Select two MC projects that are applicable to your local reality and explain: Through which strategies would you take them to the implementation and what results would you expect from each project?

10. According to your manifesto, Which drivers do you propose to help you to get closer to achieve that vision? 11. According to the stage of your entity in the OEM, Which product or products would you propose as focus of your entity? Create clear strategies of how to support the product and set goals for each product you would run.
