Attract different market niches through: • Sending personalyzed invitations to universitary collectives, research teams, and dependencies. • Co-organizing the event with your host university. • Offering positioning and networking opportunities to the stakeholders. • Posting the ”confirmed delegations” when NGOs, companies or universitary groups confirm their attendance. • Creating a Y4GG group in the Fan Page of your university.

Your checklist for Youth Speak Forum ü ü ü ü ü ü ü ü ü
Make sure to follow Data Proteection Regulations. To have at least 30% of non-AIESECer youth attendees. To develop a minimum of 1 goal-setting activity. To distribute feedback forms to all participants during the forum. To stick to the agenda structure. To have an EB member in charged of the event. To set the invesment for the event (time, people, money) To make an OC structure according to your goals. Having at least 50 confirmed attendants two weeks before the event.
Your checklist for Youth Speak Forum ü 1 to 3 SDGs aligned with your local projects. ü Not having a YSF planned in your city in the following 4 months. ü Agenda points covering the points of the Inner and Outer Journey. ü To develop one or more LDQs. ü To have a clear call to action. ü To showcase more opportunities to get involved in. ü To have a sign ups goal on aiesec.org ü To send a follow-up mail for attendants to get engage with other AIESEC product.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ü If your event does not fit the requirements for Youth Speak Forum two weeks before the event, its name can be branded as a Y4GG event, NOT A YSF. ü Applications in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali and Barranquilla can only be submitted before August 22nd, 2019. ü The venue must be confirmed on mail one month before the event. ü Entities are not allowed to create Youth Speak Forum Local accounts on social media without previous authorization of the Member Committee. ü Do not hesitate to ask the EST to support your event promotiong posting on @YouthSpeakColombia accounts.
