Our Junior Golf Program enjoyed great success is 2021 and we only look to improve and grow in 2022. Last year we offered three Summer Kids Camps for the first time, and we will once again extend this offering this summer. Four semesters of Operation 36 were offered, each with two sessions for a total of 8 semesters offered. Juniors and parents had full opportunity to utilize the Op36 app to monitor progress through each stage of learning and access additional teaching to tools for improvement. Our Junior Interclub Team also had a very successful season – more information about all can be found below!

OPERATION 36 UPDATE
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BV JUNIOR INTERCLUB TEAM A big congratulations goes out to the BV Junior Interclub Team on finishing Co-Champs for the 2021 Eastern NC Junior Golf League season!!! Brook Valley advanced to the finals by sweeping our Division with the most points in league history!!
If you are unfamiliar with what Operation 36 is all about, we highly encourage you to use the link below to watch a short video about the program. Op36 has become one of the world’s most effective programs based on a combination of instruction, technology, and most importantly play in introducing new golfers to the game. The goal is to shoot 36 or better in a progressive developmental model by making this goal more achievable as your skill level develops. More details about our 2022 offerings will be announced as we officially launch our junior programs in the early spring. Congrats to Micah Orr, Hudson Truell, Tucker Odom, Noah Porter, Wesley Blair, Will Guidry, Zadoc Fanning, Flynn Nease, and Blake Hess on representing our team at finals. Graduating senior Blake Hess won both the finals and regular season Tom Braswell scholarships. Also additional congrats go to Lake Williams, Cam Hardison, RJ Cummings, Tony Alexander, and Carys and Holden Carson on their play on helping us win the regular season. The 2022 Junior Interclub season will start sometime around the month of June. Look for full details to be sent out as we get closer to summer!
