Chef and his staff are ready to fry up some chicken and sides for you to enjoy. We will have the patio, dining room and of course to-go available. We look forward to seeing you. FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4 I 5:00-7:30pm Chef and his staff are thrilled to prepare oysters and a variety of other seafood this Friday evening at Brook Valley! We will only have one reservation time slot for 5:00pm and buffet will begin at 5:30pm. We will have a table outside for you to shuck your own oysters. You may dine inside or on the patio. Karaoke will be set up inside as well! A la carte menu is not available. Please make your reservations by Wednesday, November 2nd for Chef to prepare and order.
