Fall has arrived, and we have seen some excellent weather in the past few weeks For the first time, we hosted back-to-back Peartree Classic Men’s Member-Guest! The champions of this year’s Peartree Classic were Brent DeVantier and Brian Cox in the first event and Joseph Matteis and Thomas Matteis in the second event

The remainder of the year will be busy on the course with the rescheduling of the Lillian Ross Ladies’ Member-Guest to November 1st and 2nd and the Club Championship to November 15th through 17th This year, all of the Club Champions will be determined on the same weekend on what is sure to be a difficult test of golf for all competitors. We will also have the annual One Club Challenge on Saturday, December 7th
The golf shop will again host a Holiday Sale on Sunday, December 8th, from 1:00 - 5:00 pm! Stop by and enjoy complimentary beer, wine, and hors d’oeuvres while you shop During the holiday sale, all men’s and women’s apparel will be discounted 15%-50% and 15% off all clubs, balls, shoes, bags, and accessories. The Holiday Balloon Sale is an excellent opportunity to use any remaining golf shop credit earned during the 2024 season, as it will expire on December 31st We will have complimentary gift wrapping available for any purchases made in the golf shop during the holiday season, so keep us in mind when shopping!
The golf operation is finalizing the 2025 club tournament and course maintenance schedules. We anticipate an excellent golf schedule with exciting changes and additions Be on the lookout for the 2025 Raleigh Country Club Golf Booklet at the beginning of the year
The leaves are changing, and the days are getting shorter, but there will be plenty of wonderful fall golf days in the next couple of months to close out 2024. If I can assist you in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out, as my door is always open!

While contributing to the fund is voluntary, a contribution will be reflected on the October 31 statement cycle for your convenience Adjustments to the fund received by November 30, 2024 will be reflected on your November 30th statement.
