Right now the focus should be assure a good delivery of the Winter peak, this year the winter represent 225% of growth comparing to last year, so we need to assure that the 4 Eps that already started their projects, and the 9 that are about to be have a remarkable experience (aligned to the standars & satisfaction). We still have some potential EPs to MA for this peak, so we need to also focused in that.

Our bottleneck is still the convertion rate between subscriptions and MA. We are starting to have more people interested in Summer, so that influences the convertion. Anyways, we need to continue working in process optimization to assure the development in convertion.

This month we continue with the follow up of the companies that started with Milennium Talents, to assure that we can deliver this project. The team is already developing strategies to evolve this.

• June was a month to close the term with the best results, and work specially in terms of information sustainability. • The main focus of the MCEB was tracking of operations, and support to the new MCEB in strategy development and in conference delivery. • We had our National Conference to close the term 14.15 and open the 15.16 term, where the MCEB 15.16 present their strategies, and start working on them. MCEB Beat was in the conference as support, and conference management.
