The customer sends in their transducer. 2. Summit performs an evaluation within 24 hours and sends the customer a thorough analysis and recommendation. 3. The customer approves the repair attempt. 4. Summit performs repairs in an average of 72 hours 5. In the event that the repair is unsuccessful, the customer will not be charged. 6.
