ExamGeneral - examgeneral.com ExamGeneral is an awesome FREE tool for teachers to create online exams that are totally paperless. Teachers can customize exams using a variety of questions (multiple choice, essay, etc.) and are given a link to provide to students. Students take the exam online and grading is automated through ExamGeneral. Teachers can embed images, audio, and YouTube videos into their exams. Students must log in to take an exam and may use either an existing Google account or an ExamGeneral account they create. ExamGeneral generates a variety of reports, including a workbook of grades to enter into the gradebook as well as an analysis of items missed, class averages, etc. ExamGeneral Instructional Video

Paper Rater can be used in a quick, free version in which a paper can be copied and pasted into a text box for quick analysis. Speaker Deck - speakerdeck.com Speaker Deck is a service which allows users to upload and host PowerPoint presentations in an easy to use space. If you’ve ever done presentations as an assessment and received tons of ppt attachments, Speaker Deck is a great tool to keep grading in one place! Simply create a class account for Speaker Deck and share the log-in information with your students. Students can upload their PowerPoints (or presentations from any other software) as PDFs. Presentations stay in one place for easy grading! This is a great tool for student presentations as well, reducing the need for transferring PowerPoints from email attachments or flash drives for in-class presentations.
