Our staff members take every step to go above and beyond to accomplish our Simple Truth. Often, there are easy ways to make a positive impression on our members, from saying happy birthday or congratulations on an award, but not being afraid to make the big gestures is what sets us apart. Let us know how you made a positive impact on a member, guest, vendor, or fellow staff member!

NEW STAFF
MEET Cathy Kim Dear Members,
After spending the last three years at 1757 Golf Club in Dulles, VA, I am thrilled to be your new Director of Instruction at Baltimore Country Club. From junior golf to a four-year letter in college, and working at two Professional Tour stop locations at Sahalee and TPC Summerlin, I am excited to bring my experience to all the members and Instructional staff at BCC. Joining this award-winning team and Club culminates the last two decades of hard work. As a competitive player and now a nationally recognized teacher by Golf Digest, I'm looking forward to lending knowledge to our team and members to improve their skills and club experience. I want to thank the search committee and staff for giving me this opportunity to serve and make Baltimore my new home.
