L I K E S AFL & cricket This month we introduce our youngest team member and Sales guru Lance Musgrave. But don’t let his youth and oodles of charm fool you, since joining the agency in 2015 Lance has excelled in this role and expanded his skill set exponentially. Although this comes as no surprise because Lance has always been a high achiever – just ask our receptionist Cecelia, who also doubles as his mum! After graduating from Lumen Christi, Lance relocated to the bright lights of Canberra to study Business Management Marketing. He even managed to squeeze in some first-grade football and bartending. But after a few too many cold winters, he decided to hang up the footy boots and focus on a corporate career. So how did he end up at Merimbula Realty? Not entirely by accident. Lance’s parents made the introduction to his now mentors Gary Collins and Trent Pool, who immediately recognised the potential and offered him a Sales position. Excited by a challenge Lance jumped at the opportunity. It’s a gamble that paid off and in just 4 short years Lance is recognised as one of the valley’s top performing agents. His clients love him and its little wonder, he is down to earth, clever, approachable, honest and efficient but we all agree that his greatest asset is his superior communication and negotiation skills. Lance highlights putting the sold sticker on the For Sale sign for his clients as the most satisfying part of the process and we couldn't agree more! He is also nearly finished his studies and we wish him all the best
