Coretha and Gloria are 6-years-old.
Gloria and Coretha are best friends.
They live in the same neighborhood and go to school together. They are in the 1st grade. 5
Gloria has a little sister. Her name is Anna, but everyone calls her Cupcake. 6
Cupcake is only 4-years-old, but she likes to be with her big sister and do everything the big girls do.
7
Every day Coretha and Gloria wake up, brush their teeth, wash their hands and faces, and get ready for school. Cupcake does too. 8
Coretha and Gloria like to read books together. Cupcake always wants to read with them. 9
Usually, Coretha and Gloria are very nice to Cupcake. They let her play with them and sometimes they even let her be the leader. 10
Sometimes they are not nice, like the day they tricked Cupcake into vacuuming the living room all by herself. It made Cupcake feel sad to be tricked.
11
Tomorrow is an extra special day for Cupcake. It is her birthday and she will be 5years-old! Coretha and Gloria decide to throw a party for her. 12
They have balloons. 13
They share a giant bowl of candy. 14
They build sandcastles. 15
They jump on the trampoline. 16
And on the slide, Cupcake goes first because she is the birthday girl.
17
They all share ice cream. 18
Cupcake's birthday was a perfect day! 19
