Following on from four other successfully completed projects, Vita Living’s own development team selected a range of authentic Luxury Vinyl Tiles that utilise a performance 0.55mm wear layer construction designed for commercial environments - an ideal balance between a design that creates a marketable interior and a
finish that delivers excellent long-term value. For apartment living areas and bathrooms, Moduleo 55 Woods was chosen to provide a home-like feel, while Moduleo 55 Tiles and Moduleo 55 Expressive were selected for amenity areas. Creating a stand-out feature around lift areas, Vita Living’s development team opted for Studio Moods in a small herringbone laying pattern.
