Rinse with water all the vegetables that you are using before cutting them into bite size pieces. In this case, the snap peas. • To begin stir frying, heat a wok or a large skillet over high heat on your American stove or Dutch oven. Add two tablespoon of peanut oil to the pan and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. When oil is hot or is about to start smoking, add the beef to the skillet spread in a single layer to let cook for one to two minutes before moving them. Once the meat is browned, remove it to a plate and set aside. • Reheat your wok and add the remaining tablespoon of peanut oil to the skillet. Once hot, add the peas and stir fry for one to two minutes. • Once cooked through, add back to the skillet the beef and toss them together for another minute or so. • You can serve this immediately while it is hot and goes well with steamed rice. • Enjoy this recipe for stir fry and please continue stir frying.
