F S S SPOTLIGHT WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT WORKING IN THE FORCE DEVELOPMENT FLIGHT? The best part of working in FSD is that it is our job to help the people on base become better people - through reading, education, and career focused advisement and programs. FSD is here to support each person in their personal and professional improvement efforts.

jennifer Bosch

Chief Force Development Flight (FSD)

WHAT DO YOU WISH THE MISAWA COMMUNITY KNEW ABOUT FSD? I wish Misawa knew how diverse FSD truly is and how much we have available for them - and our services are free! All you have to do is ask - just visit, call, or email the team. Oh, and MyPers - search MyPers for details and answers about active duty, civilian (APF and NAF) career or professional development programs that the AF offers.

WHAT IS YOUR BEST MEMORY WORKING IN FSD AT MISAWA? My very best memory was getting a text about three months ago from our CAA while I was on vacation that the Professional Development Center finally had WiFi. I love seeing my team work hard for Misawa and getting a long fought for win. I’m proud of my team at the Library, Education Office, PDC, and over at ALS. The best thing about being here is succeeding at giving each of them what they need as they support the Misawa community.
