This challenge is to motivate and incentivize the improvement of oneself through a healthy lifestyle change inside and out. The winners will be based on the greatest percentage of muscle gain.
Members will weigh in at the beginning and the end of the challenge with Health Promotion. Members will be able to weigh in at the Potter Fitness Center during the first week and last week of the program. Purple Up Club is an outlet that has been created for military kids to have fun and make new friends. The goal of the program is to pair kids with others who may have similar personal emotional challenges so they can develop resiliency skills. If successful the kids become stronger in the face of potential challenges that may come their way as a military child.
