Property Condition Assessment 2006 Led a team of ten architecture interns and two graphic design interns to perform site surveys of 163 parishes plus their chapels, and developed a printed Real Estate Parish Study for the Archdiocese of Monterrey. San Pedro Mexico 2011 Created a vision plan to turn a major congested avenue into a pedestrianand public transit-oriented (BRT) street while reducing storm-water runoff, pollution, and carbon emissions. Projected the implementation of programs like Smart Growth, Complete Streets, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and Ecobici. Collaborated with the Mexico City office of the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP). Holyoke, MA 2011 Analyzed the area’s physical, ecological, and social systems and the connections between three urban parks with widely different uses to create a Green Urban Corridor Plan.
