IDSwest is an edited event. Participation is open to businesses that represent, promote or sell a design product or service. IDSwest reviews each application for design integrity and quality. Opening Night. Thursday September 19 Vancouver’s design party of the year kicks off the IDSwest event in true style. From the media party to dj’s pumping hot beats, and models pushing fashion to the extreme, we prove design is a fantastic foundation for a killer party!
Trade Access. Friday September 20 IDSwest hosts 5,000+ professionals working in the design industry. Meet them, network and gain valuable feedback from your next client. Trade Breakfast along with CEU accredited courses add to the value for trade day visitors. Trade attendees are accredited to attend free of charge during trade day.

Studio North +The District
Space is raw and available by the square ft at a rate of $23.50/ft CDN. Corners are an additional $250 while island locations are subject to a $750 premium fee.
Studio North exhibit fees are $1200 for a 6 x 8 space or $1300 for a 5 x 10 space. All spaces include hardwall, vinyl signage and electrical.
IDSwest will review each application for design integrity and evaluate booth designs to ensure they are consistent with the overall caliber of the show. Exhibit rates are competitive and put you face-to-face with potential buyers. Lighting, flooring and hardwalls are mandatory and the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Limited Raw spaces are available as well. All 5 x 10 spaces include hardwall, vinyl signage and electrical. Tabletops include vinyl signage and electrical. The District exhibit fee varies from $960 for an 8 x 2.5 table top to $1300 for a 5 x 10. Applicants will have the opportunity to have their work reviewed by a panel of international industry leaders. The jury dates are February 22, April 10 and June 5th.
