Through the generosity of alumni, parents and friends, Archbishop Moeller High School is able to provide a quality Catholic education in the Marianist tradition to all of our students each year. There are many ways to make a gift to Moeller. Regardless of the method of giving you choose, please know that your gift is greatly appreciated. Every dollar you give directly impacts the educational experience provided to the students at Archbishop Moeller High School.
There are many ways to support Moeller’s Mission of through your estate:
Gifts for Current Programs Cash Gifts: Moeller accepts gifts made with cash or a debit/credit card. Gifts of Stocks or Bond: Making a gift with shares of stocks or bonds is a wonderful way to support our Mission and helps the donor avoid paying capital gains tax on the shares of stock used to make this gift. IRA Charitable Rollover: Gifts can be made directly to Moeller from your annual IRA distribution. Matching Gifts: Please check with your company’s human resources department to see if they will match your gift to Moeller – it’s a great way to increase the impact of your gift!

Bequest: A bequest is a gift made by a provision in your will or trust naming Archbishop Moeller High School as beneficiary. You can also include Moeller as a beneficiary of an existing life insurance policy, an IRA or other retirement plan. Charitable Gift Annuity: This gift allows the donor to receive income for his/her lifetime and qualify for a charitable tax deduction. Funding this type of gift with appreciated assets also allows the donor to avoid capital gains taxes on those appreciated assets. Charitable Remainder Trust: This form of support transfers assets to a trustee, who in turn manages the trust and pays an income back to the donor for life or for a specific time. When the trust terminates, the remainder passes to Moeller. Key benefits to the donor may include an income tax deduction, the avoidance of capital gains tax (when appreciated securities are used), as well as an estate tax reduction. Life Insurance: This gift names Archbishop Moeller High School as a beneficiary of an existing policy, or creates a new policy that names Archbishop Moeller High School as the owner and beneficiary of a life insurance policy – and the premiums may be a tax deductible gift.
