It has been a tradition each year at Moeller for the letter winners of the previous year to elect four co-captains for the next year. Two boys are elected from the Qf.fensive te!l.m And two from the defensive team. Once again we are fortunate to have four ot:.t.standing leaders chosen by their teammates to carry on the leadership necessary to have winning football. .I
In 1963 Mo.eller fielded its first' senior· team. That season Moeller won 9 games while losing only l. During that season the crusaders racked up 355 points while only allowing 65. This outstanding record brought the crusaders. the runner-up in the GCL plus a state ranking of 17 in the A.P. poll. In 1964 the Crusaders won. 8 while· losing 2. That year the Crusaders scored 200 points offensively and had 97 points scored agairtst them, and once again they were runners-up in the league with Bacon,.and-Elder tied for Championship. In 1965 the crusaders won.lO games and lost none. The Crusaders scored 226 points and held the opponents to 33. That year the team won the GCL and was ranked 3rd in the state. In 1966 the Crusaders won the GCL for the second consecutive year and ended up with 7 wins and 3 losses record. We feel it was a great comeback after losing 3 of our first 6 games; In 1967, Moeller was 8 and 2, scoring 266 points and allowing 89. This we feel w,; 3 vne of our better football teams. Moeller has been very proud of its past record and we hope it can continue to improve. Moeller is also very proud of its academic achievements in the past 3 years as well as its well-rounded athletic program, offering 8 other varsity sports.

MOELLER COACHING ST.\.FF
Moeller is going into its sixth year of varsity football with 42 wins and 8 losses. Playing in the tough Greater Cincinna:ti League and having played outstanding opponents, this makes the record even more spectacular.
The big job behind the scenes, and a most important job. These men are the backbone of the Moeller Football Team. They spend many hours working to have.everything ready and in tip-top shape for the football teams. Many times not a glamorous job but a job that the players and coaches are thankful for.
