This brochure is dedicated to a very close friend, Tom Zaferes who died this summer fighting a fire at the Greater Cincimati Airport. Tom was a real inspiration to the athletes at Moeller. He volunteered his services as our kicking coach and did an outstanding job. We at Moeller are going to miss Tom, but Tom is still coaching our team from heaven.

Its has been a tradition each year at Moeller for the letter winners of the previous year to elect 4 cCH:aptains for the next year. Two boys are elected from the offensive team and two from the defensive team. Once again, we are fortunate to have four outstanding leaders chosen by their teammates to carry on the leadership nec· essary to have winning football.

GREETINGS FROM THE PRINCIPAL
For twenty-five years, the athletic program of St. Jsoeph High School has provided enjoyment to the larger school and community. Student athletes have sacrificed their time and energy, and have brought a great deal of honor to the school. Again we start a new school year. I am certain that the young gentlemen pictured in this Sports Program will continue to bring honor to the school as did their predecessors. I wish them very successful seasons.
'!
Thanks to all the students, parents and faculty members who have made the athletic program a success. Special thanks to the coaches who spend so much time with the atheletes. Also special thanks to the members of the St. Joseph High School Athletic Booster Club who work throughout the year assisting the athletic program. Please support their activities as well as patronizing the businesses that support this Sports Program.
