Terms and conditions 1. Terms of Website Use You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before you can use the service provided through the fertecon.com & agra-net.com website identified by the url: fertecon.com & agra-net.com. Please read this document carefully. By requesting access to fertecon.com you become a licensed user and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site. 2. Licensed User You are licensed as a personal user of fertecon.com & agra-net.com. Access is via your username and password. This agreement will come into effect when you take a single user or multi-user license with the website or a subscription to the hard copy with appropriate web license. We will allow you access on the basis that; a. Your username and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else if you have a single user license; b. If a multi-user license has been purchased only access by the set number of licenses will be permitted; c. Electronic access is made available by user name and password or IP restriction. Subscribing institutions will be asked to sign a license agreement that restricts use to users and employees located at the designated site only. A copy of the agreement will be provided on request. 3. Termination of License Tweets by @Fertecon If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by e-mailing you at the address you have registered giving notice of one week.
