Monokroma is a strongdesign-based architecture firm consisted of both practitioners and academicians in architecture. This composition enables us to see and handle design process of every project as a different learning adventure that needs a careful, personal, and detail approach.
A r i W id io Pr ihananto (b.1972), is an architect with eyes of details.
So as to realize such a personal architecture, we value collaboration as a key mode of working. In order to explore architecture as a place making process for our built environment that shapes our lives, we believe that a good partnership with our clients and other building consultants play the greatest importance.
His talent in drawing and love of architecture brought him to practice as well as teaching as a lecturer at Architecture and Interior Design Department of Universitas Pelita Harapan since 2009. In 1996, he graduated from Architecture Department of Universitas Parahyangan, from which he nurtured his skills and knowledge through more than 80 buildings with Parama Loka Consultant, Genintra Consultindo, Graha Cipta Hadiprana and Nataneka Arsitek.Â
F io re nt Fe r nis ia (b.1990) found her passion in architecture in 2008 when she met Ari at school. Practicing and learning personally from her master for three years after graduation, she decided to pursue Master of Art in Architectural History of The Bartlett, University College London in 2015. Coming back in 2016, she continues her career in Monokroma as well as a lecturer at Architecture Department of Universitas Pelita Harapan.
Evan Kr iswandi (b.1983) got his degree in architecture from Universitas
Pelita Harapan in 2015. Following his interest in built environment, Evan had won the 2nd prize of Sinarmas Young Architect Competition both in 2014 (Masterplan Category) and in 2015 (Resort Category) before he joined Monokroma. He now continues exploring his talent through monokroma’s competitions and masterplanning projects.
Our divisions of work are of architecture, interior design, and research and development. This teamwork balances our approach for the best solution of every design problem. In the end, this strategy provides us a perfect learning environment suitable to incessantly develop our expertise in this field. 2017, Fernisia

Monokroma started its practice In January 2013. This type of studio enables us to realize our believe that the balance between challenging ourselves at the academia and practicing in the real world will generate excellent architectures for humanity.

Architecture project is not about making a mere object for humans to take photos of or for them to get in. Behind a great architecture is the great client with unique dreams, ideas, and visions about life. Therefore, our special way to celebrate this is to give our personal hand-tailored approach to every design project, whether it is a private house, villa, housing, office, hotel, or public amenities such as park, school and airport.

After we have the key brief of the project, we shall dicuss with you our proposed working method, which basically starts from the order as illustrated. Our fee depends on the scale and degree of difficulty of the project. Our unit price per square meter will be multiplied by the project floor area. The time period we need to spend for each phase also depends on the type of the project.The percentage in the illustration is of our total work from the beginning of the design process until the project is built. Based on this framework you may please define in which design phase you need our help, concerning your budget and the time you set.
