How does the selection process work? Staffingmate is based in Utrecht. We have a Spanish office in Marbella which works closely with our recruitment and selection office in the Netherlands. We also maintain active ties with the Universities in Andalucia.
Your CV is very welcome and important for a first impression. When there is a position available which matches your profile, we’ll invite you for a first interview. Following this, we will plan the next steps together. An assessment is normally part of the selection procedure.
Our Marbella office actively recruits and selects based on existing demand as well as anticipating market development.
Of course our Netherlands office would also like to get to know you via Skype. Then we’ll make a match with requests we have in our portfolio and decide if we can introduce you to a client in the Netherlands.
What does Staffingmate arrange for you in the Netherlands? An employment contract will be agreed upon for the duration of the assignment. In some cases, after a certain period you may be employed by the client directly. Staffingmate will help you find housing.
