LAOTIAN: SNACKBOXE BISTRO Snackboxe Bistro opened its doors on Buford Highway in 2018, bringing Laotian food to greater prominence in Atlanta. You may not realize it, but if you’ve been to a Thai restaurant, then you’re already familiar with Laotian food. Laos shares borders with Vietnam and Thailand, so there are similarities found in the flavors and ingredients.
