The Model: The Vespa PX was first presented in 1977 in Milan as the Nuova Linea model (new line). The Vespa was built with two drum brakes, a single-cylinder engine (aluminum head) and a steel chassis, but has been improved with a new front suspension and a revised rear axle for more stability. This electronic ignition was introduced to the other models, which then were called Vespa PX 150 E.

Estimate: $3500 - $6000 The Model: Although the LeBaron model name had been used before on Imperials, 1977 would mark the first time the name was used as a Chrysler model. The cars used the Dodge Aspen platform, but with a different body shell known as the M-body, and their primary purpose was as a more upmarket version of the Aspen/Volare. For 1982, the LeBaron moved to the front-wheel drive Chrysler K platform, where it was the upscale brand’s lowest priced offering. It was initially available in just sedan and coupe versions.In early 1982, it was released in a convertible version, bringing to the market the first factory-built open-topped domestic vehicle since the 1976 Cadillac Eldorado.

After discontinuing the first generation LeBaron coupe and convertible in 1986, Chrysler released a new LeBaron for 1987, built on the J platform (a K platform derivative) and available as a coupe or convertible. The all-new LeBaron looked modern and aerodynamic compared to its boxy predecessor. It featured headlights hidden behind retractable metal covers, a waterfall grille, steeply raked windshield, full-width taillight lenses (though only the edges actually lit up), and curved (Coke bottle) style rocker panels. Throughout its lifetime, the LeBaron convertible/coupe was available in many trim levels. For its first year, the LeBaron was available in Highline and Premium, typical Chrysler trims at the time. The number of trims grew, peaking in 1990, with six available. After that, the number decreased until just two trim levels remained for 1995.

The Car: If you have spent your days and nights searching and scouring the internet, hitting craigslist for the car that has it all, your search is finally over. The last of one of the greats, this ‘95 Lebaron embodies everything that was both great-- and terribly wrong with the ‘90s. It was a time when cellphones were just around the corner, as were serious horsepower wars from domestic automakers. But the middle 90s were that awkward period we all go through. Before Mopar got back on track and gave us the Hellcats, they had their Lebarron period. In typical 90s fashion, rather than actually make these cars fast, they gave them fast names like GTC. You can hear the proud mother presenting it to her young son saying, “it’s a convertible, and a GTC so you know it’s peppy!!” Now, I probably wouldn’t drive this to the local cars and coffee ask people if their new ZO6 “has much pep like your GTC.” But if you have ever had a reliable yet dorky friend, one you knew was certainly repelling single ladies, but wanted oh so badly to be cool, this might just be the car for you. So before you dismiss this fine auto, I implore you to find a picture of yourself in 1995 and ask yourself if you really have room to judge.

ot 03 L The Model - With contributions from two American designers, Clare MacKichan and Chuck Jordan, early outlines for the Opel GT can be traced back to 1962. Unveiled in very limited numbers for the 1968 season, it was often called the “poor man’s Corvette”. But its performance was outstanding, it handled like a dream and customers responded, especially those in the USA. Even America’s favorite master-spy, Maxwell Smart used one in the opening sequences of the last season of Get Smart. For 1973, a number of improvements were seen in reinforced body panels, and redesigns in the valve and timing great covers. With performance described as “peppy”, but still a bit thrifty on fuel consumption the Opel GT was a little bit of everything for many people.

The Car -Sports cars are meant to do two things, give the driver a memorable experience, and to maybe improve on the breed just a bit. This Opel GT appears to have accomplished both those things in life. While the early history of this car is not known, you can see it’s a fairly solid car that has a light patina of use, with a few minor expected road scars. Under the hood the original 1.9 Liter “four” features a Jacobs Pro-Street Energy Pak plus the Ultra Coil. Finished in Chrome Yellow with black vinyl bucket seats, the interior remains fairly stock with the original VDO gauges and speedometer, but the upgrade to a Pioneer AM-FM-CD in-dash unit. This is one sports car that was built to be driven, and it was. Now it stands ready to hit the roads of adventure.

The Model –The Silver Shadow, introduced in October 1965, marked the adoption of monocoque or unibody construction by Rolls-Royce. The Silver Shadow V8 engine received a displacement increase to 6.75 liters in 1970, and a corresponding increase in output to an estimated 220 horsepower. This robust, aluminum-alloy V8 was teamed with an equally stout, column-shifted GM Turbo Hydra-Matic 400 three-speed automatic transmission. The Silver Shadow also featured the innovative high-pressure hydraulic system licensed from Citroën, with dual-circuit braking and hydraulic self-leveling suspension, which provided legendary ride quality.

The Model -They say that necessity is the mother of invention, and no truer statement could be made about the Fiat 500. The first 500s were released to the Italian public in 1957, the product of post-war design. In order to sell cars post-war, they needed to be efficient and practical and as it turns out, kind of cute. The revolutionary design rethought every aspect of the car from the cabin to the suspension and springs, every component doing more with less. The somewhat forgotten economy car has recently seen a resurgence in popularity partially due to the re-release of the new Fiat 500.

The Car - The beneficiary of an older restoration, this Italian does show the signs of being enjoyed by its previous owner, it’s plainly clear at first glance there is plenty of life left in this micro. The yellow paint largely shows well with the exception of a couple chips from being on the road. While not a priority for a driver’s car, the chrome does show some pitting.

The inside remains clean and complete with complimentary brown vinyl seat that shows very little wear. The beauty of this little wonder is that it is mechanically well sorted and still serves the purpose it was always intended to. It continues to be a fun way to cruise around the city. If you want an enjoyable classic to scoot around the local car scene in, consider this the Fiat for you.

The Model : By the late 1960s, both Volkswagen and Porsche were in need of new models; Porsche was looking for a replacement for their entry-level 912, and Volkswagen wanted a new range-topping sports coupe to replace the Karmann Ghia. At the time, the majority of Volkswagen’s developmental work was handled by Porsche, part of a setup that dated back to Porsche’s founding; Volkswagen needed to contract out one last project to Porsche to fulfill the contract, and decided to make this that project. Ferdinand Piëch, who was in charge of research and development at Porsche, was put in charge of the 914 project.

The Model - The Mercury Eight is a full-size automobile that was the first model produced by Mercury and was produced from the 1939 through the 1951 model years. It was the only model offered by Mercury until the marque started producing multiple series in the 1952 model year, at which point it was dropped as a model designation. The first postwar Mercury was introduced in the 1949 model year. The engine was a flathead V8 that produced slightly more power than the then also newly designed 1949 Ford. A new overdrive system was optional, activated by a handle under the dash.

The Model - Mercedes-Benz eschewed the fins of the previous W110 series with the introduction of the Paul Bracq-designed. Introduced as inline 6-cylinder cars with 2.2-litre engines, the W111 spawned two lines of variants and was quickly considered to be an immediate success in style and luxury. The 220SE was one the last of the hand-built Mercedes. Designed by Paul Bracq, heading the Daimler-Benz design studio where he created the W111 series, as well as other great designs, such as the Pagoda SL Roadster (W113 series). The 220SE sedan, coupe, and cabriolet all shared the same 2.2L 2195cc single overhead cam six-cylinder engine fitted with a Bosch mechanical fuel injection system. For added luxury, an optional four-speed automatic gearbox and power steering were offered. Stopping power came from disc brakes in the front with hydraulic drums in the rear.

The Car - This 1970 Mercedes Benz 220SE is an unrestored driver that is age appropriately patinated and has been mechanically maintained to be kept up as a driver. The car drives, shifts and stops well. The car was repainted many years ago in its maroon color, the leather interior shows beautifully. When it comes to Mercedes-Benz elegant styling, the 220SE sedan is on the top of the list. This is a great classic for weekend fun to be enjoyed with family and friends.

The Model - The Panamera was not actually the first sporting sedan built by Porsche. That honor goes to the brilliantly executed Mercedes Benz 500E. In a masterstroke of good timing, Porsche was looking for outside work at the same time Mercedes was looking to reinvigorate its lineup with a performance sedan. With production of Porsche’s 959 and 928 models winding down, the Porsche team was in the perfect position to pick up the tuning and assembly of the 500E. Reputed to use some of the technology from its cancelled 989 project, Porsche shoehorned in a five liter monster V-8 under the hood, lowered and stiffened the suspension and fitted a modest body kit to achieve a sublime super saloon that looked little different from its sister Mercedes W124 cars. The press reviewers tagged it as, “A wolf in sheep’s clothing.” The Porsche team did such a fine job that the end result was a car that could hit 60 mph in six seconds and had to be electronically limited to 155 mph. Inside, full luxury treatment that included leather Recaro seats set it a cut above its rivals. Mercedes and Porsche got it right, but each car was largely hand-built and took about 18 days to complete as the partial cars were shuffled between Mercedes and Porsche plants. For 1994, the final model year, the 500E received a facelift and was rebadged as the E500. Larger brakes were the major functional change for the E500. These handbuilt cars topped $80,000 when new, ensuring a high level of exclusivity. Only 374 facelifted E500s ever made it to the US when new making it one of the rarest production cars in the neo classic market.

The Car - This one-owner E500 is in spectacular condition throughout. As one of the 374 US marketed facelift cars, this E500 is extremely rare. The original owner clearly knew he had something special and maintained this E500 flawlessly. The Model: The Yamaha Royal Star Venture is a luxury touring motorcycle built by the Yamaha Motor Company from 1999 to 2013. The Royal Star Venture is a large motorcycle, rider seat height is 29.5 inches and it weighs 807 lb. The bike’s sound system consists of a four speaker, surround-sound stereo with two speakers mounted in the fairing and a further two mounted in the pillion back rest. Volume automatically regulates once the bike is mobile and reaches cruising speed. The shock absorbers are air adjustable for pre-load to compensate for different loads. The bike has a large trunk and side panniers, all lockable with the ignition key. There are two helmet locks, one on either side beneath the trunk that are also operated by the ignition key. The Model - In the 1980s, Ferrari’s brand was largely recognized by the strakes that dominate the eyes attention, and was made popular by the Italian red head, the Testarossa. When it came time to replace the 328, Pininfarina applied the lines to the new 348, unveiling the new design in 1989. The radical lines were only the beginning of the changes Ferrari had in store. The quad-cam V8 was mounted longitudinally and the the transmission would function from a transverse position. Producing 300 prancing ponies, the 348 was no slouch on the back roads, delivering a classic Ferrari feel from behind the wheel.

The Model - Rennsport, the word that stirs the blood of Porsche enthusiasts worldwide. The 2.7 liter Porsche 911 Rennsport, or RS, is the holy grail of early 911s. This legendary car embodies the ‘less is more’ concept. The RS was a purist’s car, devoid of any part not needed to go faster, stop shorter or turn sharper. Fans adored the thin card door panels, duck-tail spoiler and simple roll-up windows. Simply put, the RS was a pure-bred track car legal for the street. Naturally, this concept clashed with the burgeoning American need for 5 mph bumpers and emissions control. The greatest of the early 911s couldn’t be had in the USA. Fast forward 20 years to Porsche’s new 911/964 commemorative RS and it too could not be imported to the USA due to the cost of gaining Federal certification for some of the modifications (actually deletions). Stateside enthusiasts bristled and Porsche responded with the new RS America for the 1993 model year based on the Carrera platform. The lightweight no frills 911 offered few luxury options. The 1993 RS America didn’t have rear seats but included the M030 sport suspension and much of the running gear from the 911 Turbo including large-diameter front stabilizer bar, upgraded shock absorbers, progressively wound coil springs and 17” turbo-style wheels. In keeping with the minimalist nature of the RS, the only options available were air conditioning, sunroof, CR-1 stereo, and limited-slip differential. Only 617 lucky owners were able to secure a 93 RS America for themselves. Fewer still were able to get highly-optioned variants of this rare and storied performer.

The Car – This 911 RS America is an exceptional example of a rare three-option car in incredible condition. This car has 88,300 original miles and has never been apart or been damaged. The black paint shows brilliantly as does the trademark all-business RS America interior. Even the engine bay presents brilliantly. All of the original tools, books and even the tire inflator remain with this car. This RS is ready to go with clutch and seals replaced at 77,000 miles and a fresh service just completed with service records and receipts also conveying in the sale. Because so few options were available, collectors now seek the rare well-optioned cars. This incredible three-option RS America has the electric sunroof, air conditioning and the CR-1 stereo package. The Model – In the early 1950’s, Wally Troy was a visionary when he became the first official dealer for the Jaguar sports car. Troy was not just a dealer but also loved automobiles, especially sporty performance models, and dreamed of having his own street legal open-wheel European style race car. In 1959 that dream came true when he created the remarkable Troy Roadster. Knowing that weight was the biggest enemy for performance, he started with a tubular frame that was skinned in a handcrafted aluminum body. It was originally powered by a Corvette 283 dual-four-barrel V8 engine backed up by a 4-speed manual transmission. The car was shown at a number of Chicago-area shows and was spotlighted in a Hot Rod magazine article.

The Car: In the early 1970’s a dedicated enthusiast sought the car out and was able to buy it from Mr. Troy and after being secured it was put into storage from 1975 until the mid-1990s. Twenty years later the car was brought out and prepared for restoration. Fortunately, the alloy body was in excellent condition, as were most of the other elements of this car. One modification was made to the body where a rather unsightly looking spare tire mounted to the top of the rear deck was eliminated, with that section of the body smoothed over. A modern 5.7 Liter Chevrolet V8, which was equipped with a dual four-barrel intake and Offenhauser valve covers to recreate the original motor’s appearance. It’s clear that when Wally Troy designed and built his car, he never compromised on anything that would alter his original goals. Over fifty years have passed since one man’s dream became a reality, this could be a dream come true for the next fortunate collector.

The Model - The Ford Ranch Wagon is a station wagon which was built by Ford from 1952 to 1974. The Ranch Wagon was a full-size model. As the first model produced by this popular series, the 1952 all metal body shows that the era of the wood-bodied station wagon was coming to an end. Ford gave two new choices that year, the first all-steel wagons in the firm’s history, they were the Country Sedan, a four-door model in the mid-range Customline series; and the Ranch Wagon, which was a two-door model in the economy Mainline series, inspired by the European-term shooting-brake. The Ranch Wagon ran with either the standard “Mileage Maker” six-cylinder engine or the long-familiar flathead V8, which was optional.

The Model - The Jeep Wagon was designed in the mid-1940s by industrial designer Brooks Stevens.

Willys did not make their own bodies, car bodies were in high demand, and Willys was known to have limited finances. Brooks, therefore, designed bodies that could be built by sheet metal fabricators who normally made parts for household appliances and could draw sheet metal no more than 6 inches.

The Jeep Wagon was the first Willys product with independent front suspension. Barney Roos, Willys’ chief engineer, developed a system based on a transverse seven-leaf spring. The system, called “Planadyne” by Willys, was similar in concept to the “planar” suspension Roos had developed for Studebaker in the mid-1930s.

The steel body was efficient to mass-produce, easier to maintain and safer than the real wood-bodied station wagon versions at the time.

Within the first two years of the Jeep Wagon’s production, the only manufacturer in the United States with a station wagon that was comparable in price was Crosley, who introduced an all-steel wagon in 1947. With a wheelbase of 80 inches and an overall length of 145 inches, Crosley’s wagon was much smaller than the Jeep Wagon and was described as “diminutive” and “tiny”.

The Car - The product of more than a frame-off, nut-and-bolt restoration, no expense was spared as more than 100k in receipts piled up transforming this 50s wagon into a 4-wheel-drive go-anywhere machine. The expertly-applied Copperhead-Pearl finish leaves little to be desired, while the sparse bright work adds just the right pop in just the right places. The 35 inch Nitto tires are wrapped around a set 17 in M/T polished-aluminum wheels. There is no shortage of power to turn the big tires; under the hood rests an LS3 that pumps out 450 HP to the 700R gear box. The interior is composed of high-grade vinyl that provides a rugged and usable, yet attractive interior. Comfort for all four seasons is guaranteed by the vintage air and heat. With only about 8165 of these built in the 4x4 configuration, this is not only a highly capable off-roader, it’s a great addition to any collection.

The Model - The original K5 was a short wheelbase truck and first available in 1969 as 4-wheel drive SUV. The Blazer was designed and marketed to compete with International Harvester Scout and the Ford Bronco. The great innovation of the Blazer was to simply offer a shortened pickup truck, which both increased interior space, and lowered the cost of production with a shared platform.The second generation K5 models incorporated the rear hatch glass and tailgate into a single unit, which allowed the glass panel to retract inside of the tailgate by use of a manual crank mounted on the tailgate or an electric motor activated by a key-operated switch on the tailgate and a dash-mounted switch.

The Model: The 1985 introduction of the Ferrari 328 GTS/GTB came as an updated or evolution of the 308 GTS/GTB models, which was arguably the brands most recognizable and successful model. With the 328 model, Pininfarina redesigned the front and rear bumpers to give the car an overall cleaner or refined appearance. The Model – The new 911 Porsche for the 1964 model year was the brainchild of Ferdinand ‘Butzi’ Porsche.

The 991 series was the upsized replacement for the legendary 356. Porsche developed the new 911 chassis in parallel with the new 901 engine, an air-cooled flat-six with a 1,991cc original displacement. The chassis and the engine spawned a long line of evolved refinement and power. Although production began in 1964, the first ‘big’ Porsches weren’t available in the United States until early 1965. The 911 received a number of developments quickly as the 901 engine, the brakes and suspension components rapidly improved. In 1970, all 911s were uprated to carry larger 2.2 liter engines. Engine displacement continued to grow until the first 911 Carrera of 1973 that brought about the 2.7 liter engine. The combination of uprated performance and higher overall specification of the 2.7 liter 911s has made them highly sought after Porsches.

The Model – In 1965 after a brief partnership with Ford’s Roy Lunn to develop the GT40, Lola cars introduced the Lola T70. A year later it demonstrated its capabilities by winning the first Can-Am series championship of John Surtees. American racing legend, Dan Gurney in 1967 also used a T70, the one being offered, ran in six Can-Am races of the 1967 series all driven by Dan Gurney for Ford at Bridgehampton, Road America, Laguna Seca and historic tracks. Gurney never qualified with a position less than third. The next year being raced by Swede Savage followed by Vic Nelli, Tony Adamowics, and Vic Elford.

The Car – Chassis number SL75/122 is one of only four produced. First offered in open two-seater form, the T70 chassis mainly consists of an aluminum and steel sheet monocoque center section with side-mounted fuel cells, a front bulkhead to mount the suspension and steering and dual rear extensions for mounting the engine and rear suspension. The T70 incorporated conventional independent suspension and disc brakes, the latter mounted inboard at the rear. In 1971 Jerry Weichers converted the car to coupe configuration, after which it was purchased by Bruce Trenery who raced the car until 1996. Tub was damaged in 1996 being raced

by Bruce Trenery and even though the original damaged structural components do not accompany the car it is offered with a certificate of ownership to all original structural elements of serial SL75/122. In 2010 it overwent a two-year restoration by renowned Ryan Hayes to its original open configuration. Dan Gurney personally autographed the restored legend finished in the original number 36 Gurney livery. Expertly prepared and maintained, the car has been an active participant on the vintage racing circuit, winning its class at the Road & Track Concours d’Elegance at Road America in 2010, racing at Monterey and Sonoma in 2012 and taking second in class in the SVRA Championship at Circuit of the Americas in 2013.

The Model -Anyone who has been involved in the world of vintage autos pretty much knows that the Volkswagen was designed to be a reliable and economical transportation in the ideal pre-WWII Nazi Germany. The Model: In the 1970s the Italians had set the bar pretty high with all their 12 cylinder machines, and Porsche knew it was going to have to do something to keep the 911 in the game. The first 930 hit the road in 1975 and would continue to be the top of Porsche line until 1989. The Model: Lola T-506 Virage aka, Malibu Grand Prix Racer. Built in the 1980’s These Lola’s were used as club racers, track play-day cars, and series cars. They ran in the same run group as Spec Racer Fords. The period SR Fords were faster on the straights, but the Lola’s were faster in the turns. The Lola’s also ran with Formula V’s. The specific class run group was Formula 7 10 as the cars were 7/10’s size of a Formula car. These cars were good for well over 100 mph.

The Model -Abarth Company is a racing car and road car maker founded by Italo-Austrian Carlo Abarth in 1949. The Fiat 500 was revolutionary for its compact design that rethought every component, expecting more from every piece. Abarth exploited this wildly successful grocery getter by increasing its displacement, and fitting race inspired suspension. The Model - The Mercedes-Benz 220SE, model code W111, coupe was introduced to the market in 1961, and was quickly considered to be an immediate success in style and luxury. The 220SEb was one the last of the hand-built Mercedes. Designed by Paul Bracq, heading the Daimler-Benz design studio where he created the W111 series, as well as other great designs, such as the Pagoda SL Roadster (W113 series). The 220SE sedan, coupe, and cabriolet all shared the same 2.2L 2195cc single overhead cam six-cylinder engine fitted with a Bosch mechanical fuel injection system. For added luxury, an optional four-speed automatic gearbox and power steering were offered.

Stopping power came from disc brakes in the front with hydraulic drums in the rear. Mercedes-Benz produced the 220SEb from 1961 to 1965 with a total of 14,173 coupes built.

The Car - This 1964 Mercedes Benz 220 SEb is a numbers-matching-unrestored survivor. A nice example that shows some age, yet still stands out in the collector car crowd. The Model : In 1975 the 4th edition of the C3 generation was advertised as a more efficient Corvette. The urethane rear bumper, now in its second year, reappeared as a one-piece seamless unit. 1976 models featured steel floor panels shielding the catalytic converter exhaust, these steel floor panels weighed less than the previous fiberglass floor and reduced interior noise levels. A new rear nameplate for the rear bumper cover was introduced, eliminating the individual “Corvette” letters used since 1968. The Model – In 1999 Porsche debuted its new 911 internally known as the 996 platform. The 996 ended Porsche’s distinguished line of air-cooled cars. While purists decried the end of the air-cooled tradition, the legendary 911 evolved with the times. This was also the first major re-design to the body shell. The 996 styling shared its front end with Porsche’s mid-engined Boxster. Pinky Lai’s work on the exterior won international design awards between 1997 and 2003.The Carrera model had a 0.30 coefficient of drag.

The Model - The Formula Ford racing series has long been a stepping stone in young racers careers. It has also served as a place for the old guys to get on the track and race professional quality machines. David Lazenby has taken a lot of credit, not only for the series but for the Hawke Formula Ford race car. As manager of Lotus components he was able to make several competitive race cars. While his race cars enjoyed much success his business did not. The Model: When the 1955 Chevrolet was released late in the fall of 1954, it took the auto world by storm.

The Model -In 1947, Chevrolet moved the commercial vehicle world forward into the post-war era with their Advanced Design line of Suburbans, vans, panels and pickup trucks. The half-ton versions were placed in the 3100 series and for the first time could be appointed with accessories on a par with passenger cars. While the majority of the trucks were placed into utilitarian uses, a few of these ended up in a lighter-duty role. Regardless of what task they were asked to perform, these trucks were tough and today their survival is quite high considering they were hitting the market some 68 years ago.

The Car:This truck was given a full cosmetic and mechanical restoration to high standards. During the painting process, all metal surfaces were stripped clean at which time any minor repairs were performed. Today, it sports a beautifully chromed grille, front and rear chrome bumpers and a set of period correct whitewall tires. The restoration also features a beautifully finished wood floor for the bed. Under the hood, the rebuilt “six” has been authentically finished and topped with a chrome valve cover. Inside the cab of this truck, you’ll find the very desirable upgraded air conditioning and a recovered vinyl seat that completes the interior appointment in the style of the era. The Model In 1970, Chevrolet produced on of the most acclaimed muscle cars reaching the pinnacle with the Chevelle LS-6 Big-Block 454 / 450hp. Tested by Hot Rod magazine in its period and reported a 13.44-second quarter mile at 108 mph.

The tester noted the biggest problem was trying to get the tires to hook up, as any stab of the throttle caused them to go up in smoke and slide sideways as a result. Goes without saying that this factory beast is not for the faint of heart. The LS6 engines were assembled at Chevrolet’s engine production facility in Tonawanda, New York to the most rigorous specs.

Beginning with a special four-bolt block that featured pre-tapped holes for a track-ready external oiling setup with forged alloy steel crankshaft that was cross-drilled to maximize oiling capabilities. Factory fitted with an enlarged Holley four-barrel carburetor matted to an aluminum dual-plane intake with a modified distributor and a large air cleaner to take air from the RPO Code ZL2 cowl induction hood, a small exterior detail that boldly states this is the king of muscle.

The Car - This beautiful example of a Chevelle SS hardtop was factory built in the way most people would want to have had. Under the hood is that mighty LS6 “454� V8 fitted with all the right amenities, power brakes, power steering, very rare factory M40 automatic transmission and a beautifully detailed engine with proper chrome valve covers and air cleaner housing. Handsomely wearing its original and desirable Cortez Silver code 14, today the car looks splendid with black stripes. The interior is appointed with rare and original options to a factory LS-6 / SS. The Model - The Silver Cloud is an automobile produced by Rolls-Royce Limited from April 1955 to March 1966. The Silver Cloud replaced the Silver Dawn and was, in turn, replaced by the Silver Shadow. The Model - It would mark the end of an era as one of the last Speedster designs for an air-cooled 911, which had been the main-stay of the Porsche stable for decades. It would also hearken back to the glory days of the original Speedsters where function dictated form. The Model - The BMW New Six CS, the internal name BMW E9, a two-door coupé built for BMW by Karmann from 1968 to 1975 have seen marked increases in popularity. It was developed from the New Class-based BMW 2000 CS coupé, which was enlarged to hold the BMW M30 straight-6 engine used in the E3 sedan. The E9 platform, especially the 3.0 CSL homologation special, was very successful in racing, especially in European Touring Car Championship and the Deutsche Rennsport Meisterschaft. This helped to establish BMW’s status as a sporty driver’s car. The 2800CS was replaced by the 3.0 CS and 3.0 CSi in 1971. The engine had been bored out to give a displacement of 2,986 cc (182.2 cu in), and was offered with a 9.0:1 compression ratio, twin carburettors, and 180 horsepower (130 kW) at 6000 revolutions per minute in the 3.0 CS or a 9.5:1 compression ratio, Bosch D-Jetronic fuel injection, and 200 horsepower (150 kW) at 5500 revolutions per minute in the 3.0 CSi.[3] There was a 4-speed manual and an automatic transmission variant. They were sold in the United States from 1970 to 1974, by Max Hoffman. He was the importer and sole distributor for BMW from the mid-sixties until selling his business to BMW of North America in 1975. [7] 1974 model cars had protruding 5 mile per hour bumpers. Their performance was very competitive with contemporaries.

The Model -The first Ferrari to be christened Mondial was a two l­iter racing vehicle produced between 1954 and 1956.

Only 39 of these cars were prepared with the Scuderia’s Formula­2 engine, and they found moderate success when the main focus at Ferrari was still on the mighty V12’s. In 1975, Ferrari introduced the 308 family of sports cars with the Dino 308GT/4 offered as the entry-level Ferrari. In 1980, the Dino 308 was transformed into the new Mondial. It was still the least expensive Ferrari at the time, but that still put it in a league far superior to most every other car on the road at the time. With its low stance and wide tires, it grips the road with excellent acceleration, brakes with ease and hugs a corner tighter than a race winner hugs the trophy girl. The Car - Always a head turner, this limited production Defender’s finish has been treated to an easy life, still sporting a nearly new factory finish in Glasmere Green accented with an Alaskan White roof. The Model -1970 represents the penultimate year for Oldsmobile’s incredible 442 and the height of craziness in the muscle car wars. Oldsmobile had finally shaken off GM corporate engine displacement restrictions to offer the mighty 455 cid W30 V-8 in an effort to outperform other muscle cars in general and Pontiac’s GTO in particular. Oldsmobile even used a mad scientist persona dubbed, ‘Dr. Olds’ to market the 442. The under-square W30 V-8 produced a thundering 370 bhp to deliver a staggering 500 foot-pounds of torque to the pavement. Just a year later the horsepower and torque quickly began to drain away. The W30 variant of the 442 was rare with the 2,574 W30 Holiday coupes representing only 11% of the total 442 produced. The W30s stand out from ordinary 442s with their fiberglass hoods and functioning cold air ram induction. Red front wheel wells also delineate these cars as something special. The combination was heady but few owners could afford the price of the W30 upgrade or the incredible insurance premiums that came with membership in this exclusive club.

The Model - In pursuit of an inexpensive sports roadster, Donald Healey working with the BMC factory helped develop and lent his name to what would become a popular little car that took on the name “Bug-Eye” in the USA and probably more appropriately “Frog Eye” in its home country of England. Light weight was paramount, and with a one-piece tilt-up front end, the car was peppy even with a little engine that was sourced from the Austin A35, with another version also used in the Morris Minor 1000. With improved carburetion, exhaust, and a bit higher compression, the Sprite was able to perform quite well and hold corners. The Model – Duntov Motor Company is the exclusive Chevrolet and Duntov licensee for the continued production of the authentic original Corvette Grand Sport. In the early 1960’s, auto racing was all the rage, except at General Motors where there was a very clear policy against any factory racing efforts. So while Carroll Shelby was building race cars he produced with the full support of Ford, Zora Arkus-Duntov, the “father of the Corvette”, could only stand by and watch his chance to be a racing legend slowly slipped away. By 1963, Duntov’s secret program to homologate a Corvette that would compete with Carroll Shelby become public knowledge. The Grand Sport Corvette, as it would come to be known, would address Corvette’s weight problem and its ineffective brakes. The Grand Sport program would also develop a completely new power plant that would use four Weber carburetors to fuel its small-block V8 engine. Its first testing session created such a buzz in the racing world that the Chevrolet brass caught wind of the program and quickly axed it, but not before five of the cars were built and sold. Those five racers would not be allowed to race in their intended class because the 125 units needed for homologation were not produced. They would eventually go toe to toe with the Cobras and the results were devastating to Carroll Shelby.

The Car – This is the Duntov demonstrator, with less than 40 miles on the odometer. It is in every respect an authentic original Grand Sport except for the modern engine, transmission, and steering column. The engine is covered by GM’s 100,000-mile warranty. Fitted with proper aluminum wheels and standard GS rollbar this is a racer that you can take to the street. The interior is race inspired, but still a very usable space. The seats are true-to-form race buckets, holding the driver tightly when the 5 point belts are buckled. The all-aluminum modern LS 5.7L engine delivers a very impressive 525 horsepower the power to ratio is simply a thrill. The Model : It is kind of hard to believe that Porsche’s popular 356 Speedsters actually came from an idea of an American. Max Hoffman of New York was the leader with the importation of German-built sports vehicles. In the early 1950’s, he approached Porsche and told them that if they could produce a lightweight, bare-bones sports roadster, they would sell well in the USA. Porsche listened, created the Speedster and they did as Hoffman had predicted, sold well. Sleek, lightweight, no fancy appointments, not even windows in the doors, these cars became legends and were somewhat affordable by privateers who wanted to go racing but had a budget to maintain. Starting in the late 1980’s, replicas of these little Speedsters started to appear, proving that greatness spawns imitators.

The Car - This recreation is based on a Volkswagen Beetle Coupe’s chassis. Under the engine cover sits a built 1600 cc, horizontally opposed 4-cylinder engine that is fitted with a single carburetor. With construction of this car completed within the past couple of months, it is fresh and ready for the road, a professional quality build that looks like the original and performs on a par with those produced back in the 1950’s. The Model -Answering the call to Ford’s Mustang, the first generation F-Body Camaros were brought to market in late 1966 and badged as 1967 models. Several engine options were available in the first generation Camaros, including the standard 230 cu in straight-6, 302, 307, 327, 350, 396, and 427 cu in V-8’s. With just three years in production, each succeeding year saw only modest designs variances to the sport coupe and convertible body styles. Fortunately, Chevy had upwards of 60 options available including the special RS, SS and Z/28 packages from day one. While Chevrolet may have been late to the pony car club, they surely raised the bar with the sporty Camaro.

The Car - This stunning black pony typifies the pro touring genre. It has the look and the goods to back it up. The black paint is smooth as glass and produces an unmatched shine. All that black is touched up with small helpings of chrome here and there, with four large helpings in each of the wheel wells. The Model - Callaway Cars are world renowned for their design, development, and manufacturing processes to offer Callaway brand aftermarket performance products. Started in the 1970s, Reeves Callaway was unable to continue to continue his racing career due to financial restraints, despite being voted one of the best new SCAA drivers. After going to work for a driving school, Callaway obtained one of the school’s BMW 320i to tune it for more power. He successfully constructed and installed his first prototype turbocharger system. Car and Driver found out about his system and wrote an article about it after testing it. Although not Callaway’s original intention, BMW turbo system orders began to pour in and soon a legendary company was born.

The Car -This 2008 Corvette has undergone the exclusive and pricey, at nearly $24,000, upgrade to be fitted with Callaway’s SC652 package. The already speedy Z06 got an upgraded liquid-to-air intercooler, high-volume fuel injectors and fuel pump, Callaway’s Honker high-flow intake system and Double-D stainless-steel exhaust, high-volume fuel injectors to name a few. The result, as the name implies, is an estimated 652 horsepower.

Callaway doesn’t just stop at performance, their SC652 package features cosmetic changes as well. The Model - Imagine being able to walk into a dealership, fill out an order form to get the perfect racing vehicle delivered to you from the factory. In 1968, you could do that at your local Plymouth dealer, “if” you had been pre­-approved. That year saw just 55 such approvals for the “Super Stock” Barracuda’s, making them technically a production car, but one that had questionable legalities for the street. Given factory ID numbers, able be titled, they were delivered with the 426 Hemi V8s.

These were bare­bones, no body sealer, sound deadener or non­essential items were included or available. Finished in primer gray, knowing each owner would want their personalized color scheme, a pair of lightweight bucket seats were included. These cars were meant to do one thing, go on short little rides, say about a quarter of a mile, and do it in as quick as possible.

by Eddie Smith and campaigned as the “West Virginia Hemi”. The Model - Answering the call to Ford’s Mustang, the first generation F-Body Camaros were brought to market in late 1966 and badged as 1967 models. Several engine options were available in the first generation Camaros, including the standard 230 cu in straight-6, 302, 307, 327, 350, 396, and 427 cu in V-8’s. With just three years in production, each succeeding year saw only modest designs variances to the sport coupe and convertible body styles. Fortunately, Chevy had upwards of 60 options available including the special RS, SS and Z/28 packages from day one. While Chevrolet may have been late to the pony car club, they surely raised the bar with the sporty Camaro.

The Car - The appeal of the lines and shape of the first-generation Camaro’s is so broad that even children lust after them. Having spied this Camaro as a youngster, the current owner brought it home with the help of his father at the ripe age of 12. That was 38 years ago. While ownership has remained the same over the years, this first gen’s configuration hasn’t. When the car was in use as transportation to and from high school a variety of power plants were used, mostly of the small block persuasion. As adult life set in, the Camaro took on an adult look, feel and performance.

From the stance, with the massive 20x15 inch one-off rear wheels, to the tattletale 671 blowers erupting from the hood, it’s obvious that this car is more than child’s play. The black paint remains crisp and polished, a sign of a topnotch professional finish. Inside the tweed interior is a bit dated, but remains largely unused. Aiming for a luxury look, the designer hit the mark, albeit a 90s luxury look. But the race car roots, while covered in tweed, still show through in the form of a full cage; a much-needed addition as this car is reported to run sub-eight second quarter miles, at around 175 MPH. The punched-out 427 topped with an old-school roots blower not only makes this a furious “street” machine but may also leave your neighbors with the same feeling. Much like its look, this car isn’t hiding anything with its sound. The 671 on top is currently under driven three percent but can be overdriven three percent, to produce almost 25 pounds of boost.

ot 66 L The Model: Before the Beatles came to America, there was another post World War II British invasion in America, economical sports cars. Desperate for funds and sales, these little cars which had been fairly popular in the UK before the war, were now aimed for their former colony, the United States of America. Featuring a larger and more powerful engine than their competition, the little MG T-series, the new TR series debuted in 1953 as the TR2 rated at 90 HP. It was a smartly styled little roadster with modern slab-sided styling. In 1955, the TR3 was released sporting 95 HP and was followed by the release of the TR3A two years later when the power was increased to 100 horses. Cosmetic changes were few, but the respect these cars earned in SCCA events kept growing, as did the sales.

Born in response to criticism of the manufacturer’s resistance to innovation, the Silver Shadow and Silver Wraith II introduced power disk brakes and independent rear suspension to the model line. These were the first RollsRoyce cars to incorporate a monocoque body. The design represented a dramatic styling change for the company as well. Despite the smaller exterior dimensions, the adaptation of unitary construction actually increased the available passenger space. The single most innovative feature of the car was the high-pressure hydraulic system licensed from Citroën that delivered not only dual-circuit braking but also performed self-levelling of the suspension. Although RollsRoyce realized an outstanding level of ride comfort with this system, it often proved unreliable in service. Rolls-Royce introduced a long-wheelbase version of the Silver Shadow that was later given its own name, the Silver Wraith II for the 1976 model year as it gained further distinction from the Silver Shadow with the addition of an Everflex-covered roof and a rear opera window.

The Model - The 1947 Deluxe Tudor Ford is very similar to the short 1946 and as the year went by more changes were made to the sedan. Visual differences included the removal of the red accents from the grill and the two small lights located just above it. Ford also restyled the body slightly first by moving the parking lights from above the grill to below each headlight. Exterior moldings were changed from grooved to a smooth design. A new hood ornament with a blue plastic insert was installed. A new hubcap design became available in March. The interior dash color was changed from red accent to gold. By September, the roof-mounted antenna was moved to the cowl. Horns were moved to in front of the radiator from the engine compartment. The final 1947 models were titled in November Total Production numbers for this year was 44,523.

The Model - Dubbed “Super Hugger�, the second-generation Camaro was developed without the rush of the first generation and benefited from a greater budget justified by the success of the first generation. Although it was an all-new car, the basic mechanical layout of the new Camaro was familiar, engineered much like its predecessor with a unibody structure utilizing a front subframe, A-arm and coil spring front suspension, and rear leaf springs. The chassis and suspension of the second generation were greatly refined in both performance and comfort; base models offered significant advances in sound-proofing, ride isolation, and road-holding. The Correct Craft Ski Tique was a well renowned ski boat in the early 1980s – it was really the cat’s meow. This is a two-owner boat, with both owners being residents of Texas. Buyer’s Premium, Taxes, and Fees Buyer's premium is 10% on all automotive lots and 15% on non-automotive lots. The buyer's fee is part of the purchase price and is subject to sales tax, if applicable. Indiana residents are subject to sales tax, local tax, and applicable title, tag, and registration fees unless otherwise exempt (see “Title and Registration”).

Damage and Liability Motostalgia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged properties; or for any and all liabilities during said event. Bidder acknowledges that Motostalgia is not liable for any loss, damages, or injuries that occur during the transport and delivery of a vehicle.
