MU LAMBDA CHAPTER
Message from the House of Ruth Committee Greetings Brothers, Brothers Sam Armstrong, Antonio King, LeRoy Lowery, Eddie Neal, and I served the ladies of the House of Ruth on Saturday, March 7th. The March menu was cheese steaks, chicken wings, French fries, salad, lemon cake, water, and lemonade. The ladies were also provided individual red roses. The women were as appreciative as ever. The next session is Saturday, April 11th by Brother Andre Lucas’ team. Due to social distancing, Brother Lucas and his team will be securing a carryout meal and have it delivered to the House of Ruth for distribution. Mu Lambda has raised funds to provide the ladies a day at the hair salon. The date at the salon will be rescheduled once the social distancing ends. Brothers voted for the chapter to sponsor the dinners during the odd months (May 2nd, July 11th, September 5th, and November 7th). Teams of brothers will sponsor the even months (June 6th (Frank King’s team), August 1st (Tony Wilson’s team), October 10th Tim Fitzgerald’s team), and December 6th (Alvin Reave’s team).
