Let’s reflect but only for a moment on last year, without mentioning the dreaded ‘C’ovid word. A period in time interestingly, where many new and reformed businesses flourished, but sadly, not all of them! Our boutique agency helped a number of brands creatively engineer their online transformation, a truly gratifying experience. Many others were forced to close up shop, feeling lost with no way to reach their customers.

A personalised brand experience can be many things but it’s essentially knowing your customer preferences and serving them up valuable content at the right time, presenting offers that make sense on products you know are relevant to that individual’s preferences. When a customer has a great brand experience and feels personally acknowledged, a deeper connection is sparked that grows loyalty and trust. They remember you!
