The phenomenal chart below demonstrates the shift. Let’s reflect but only for a moment on last year, without mentioning the dreaded ‘C’ovid word. A period in time interestingly, where many new and reformed businesses flourished, but sadly, not all of them! So, what was the big difference that enabled some businesses to make the switch so successfully in some cases, break records with their online sales?
