Joining together in business as friends and colleagues is a big step yet it naturally evolved out of our combined ideas and vision. Rather than isolating ourselves even more at a time when we were being forced to do that through lockdown, we chose to support each other to adapt and evolve into something that was larger than the sum of its parts. When you are a Mumpreneur biz-life can be all-consuming, isolating and unravelling. Supportive relationships are so key to sustainability and resilience.

We are Emily & Kylie and together, we are Bright Yoga Space!
This collective was created in 2020 by us as a space to offer authentic Yoga, Meditation and Sacred Connection to our community online at a time when we could no longer be together in person.
We have over a decade of teaching experience between us including Yoga, Breath-work, Meditation and Women’s Circles as well as immersive experiences, workshops and retreats.
We offer our community a space to safely yet powerfully build their capacity for awareness and connection.
Our teachings are deeply rooted in Tantrik Hatha Yoga traditions, incorporating movement, breath, mantra and mythology into our classes.
We are passionate about offering Yoga inclusively to anyone that is open to learning these techniques and offer the teachings of these ancient wisdom traditions with the deepest honour and respect.
We both also love to include essential oils, sharing circles, sound and ritual from our own ancestral traditions to create a deep and powerful experience of personal exploration.
We have lovingly collaborated on this creation together as Mums, business partners, teachers, students, women and activists for positive change in the world.
We welcome you into this Bright Yoga Space.
