s small town Yoga teachers, Kylie and I had spread our energy into different places, teaching classes at some of the same venues and different ones too, collaborating when we could on events and workshops.
the words of power are spoken and life changes. Just like that.
All of that ground to a halt in a moment.
In that period of unravelling, of stopping and of listening, we had a choice:

As Yoga and Meditation teachers, this is what we practice for. We know that life is impermanent. That everything we build up can be swept away and then rebuilt in another way in the next moment. Life cycles.
• To sit and ride out the lockdown, to retreat and hopefully to emerge
again later and continue as we were. • To keep offering our classes in our individual ways in the online space, knowing that we would be offering similar things to similar people, or • To join together in partnership, to bring our strengths together in balance and for greater impact and to create something new out of this mess that could really be of service to both our community and us.
