The Labyrinth: Where to Find Resilience?

Hello, I’m Kylie Mort and I support individuals to become their best selves. There are times in life where we all may feel a sense of overwhelm. Perhaps we are harried or struggling, perhaps we have overcommitted and realised that we don’t actually have the resources or time to meet all our obligations. Perhaps, our mindset is not as positive as it could be at present, and due to this, everything just seems to be too much.

I wrote this poem from experience. I wrote from feeling overwhelmed and needing to dig deep into my own toolbox of resources to find the peace and spaciousness I needed to reframe. To reimagine, redesign and recreate my current state. We all have a toolbox, we just need to remember how to access it. And sometimes, it’s just about focus, finding that spaciousness inside that will give you the time and energy to rejuvenate. To call upon your own inner resilience.
