Top Tips • Some of the best results are from happy accidents. What looks like it will work on paper might turn out to be quite bland so dare to experiment. • Don’t worry about consecutive harmony, it feels satisfying to sing and is quick to pick up. • Be current with your music choices - the idea is that themes do not really need to be taught. TV adverts are a good source or look at the top 40 singles chart. • Take suggestions from students and deputise them in as ‘leader’.
