CRESCENT BAY APARTMENT Located in Parel, a three tower building with 3BHK layout. When given this project to Ayushi Kanodia Designs, the apartment was an   empty shell. This project was fully handled by my colleague Aashna and myself. We managed every stage of the design, conceptual designs, floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, outsourcing 3D views, visiting sites during execution period, managing contractors and vendors of the team, and visiting wholesalers for woods, veneers and laminates. The theme for this project was to design a classic modern home with minimalistic design and a tight color palette of beige, white and tints of brown.

Located near the Lower Parel station, a commercial building with various different office spaces. When given this project to Ayushi Kanodia Designs, the space was an empty shell.

RECEPTION   Raw, industrial look is what my team was aiming at. shades of brown and beige to give a raw look. Metal work on the ceiling to create the industrial look. Because it is the main entrance where people will interact the most, we decided to add a pop color to bring liveliness to this area.
 
OVERLOOKING FROM THE RECEPTION Since this area would be the most populated, we decided to add different types of seatings, casual, formal and relaxed, to match every mood. There are three types of environment in this area, a semi closed room, casual sofa corner and tables for a more formal meeting.
AMPHITHEATER CORNER Foxy Moron is one of the biggest client for  
WorkAmp, and within their office they have a mini area for relaxation which is called the Amphitheater corner. Colleagues can come here during their break time.

CONFERENCE ROOM WorkAmp has 3 Conference rooms that can be used through other rented companies within the office. Its a secluded place where companies feel comfortable disclosing their deals. Standard furniture to make the room look bigger and neat with a standout lighting fixture for some fun element.
