AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Our members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, creed, and religion, national, ethnic or social origin. Our international platform enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society. Our values provide a way for the collective leadership of AIESEC to encourage common norms of behaviour across our global network. Leadership opportunities AIESEC sees that the world needs leaders who are entrepreneurial, culturally sensitive, socially responsible and active learners. One of the best ways to develop what it takes to be a leader is to take up one of 7,700 leadership roles involved in running AIESEC, as well as trainings in soft skills and functional areas in over 470 conferences and thousands of activities each year. The fact that this global organization, with more than 35,000 people in more than 107 countries is run by a group of university students is impressive. The fact the entire management turns over every year is even more impressive. But, that is what makes AIESEC unique and what gives you the opportunity to step up and take on leadership roles. International internships Professional internship is the most intense learning experience that AIESEC offers and links together AIESEC’s global network. Each year, the organization provides over 5,500 members the challenging opportunity to live and work in a foreign country in areas of management, technology, education, and development. Global learning environment From virtual global discussions, virtual team work experiences, online knowledge management to hundreds of physical meetings/conferences, team experiences, coaching with top executives and more‌.. AIESEC offers to students a unique global learning environment to explore and develop their potential! By participating in AIESEC, a student can develop certain Leadership competences that help him or her to improve his or her personal and professional skills.
