The book titled "Ten Basic Paleo-Technical Principles in Construction and Shaping", appeared with the purpose to manifest some important human experiences of perception and perceiving some phenomena, states, shapes and forms and natural laws, in the first rural and urban construction and shaping forms. Within these up-to-date standards and necessities for construction and shaping, those numerous experiences vanished, or else they have been forgotten. The visual culture deals with, besides the other things, an important relation of connecting the heritage of technical and humanistic culture, whose separation in educational systems, mainly practiced in the western world, has been maintained since Middle Ages. Many of the phenomena of visual cognition have been mentioned and followed in this book, that can methodologically be grouped in five category relations, as follows: I see, conceive, intend, do, designate.
