Covenants and Land Manangement Guidelines Building Covenant The building covenant, is very standard and in line with most subdivision covenants. There is no minimum or maximum size home to build and there is no designated time frame to commence building. The key intent of the covenant is to protect your investment by ensuring that each lot owner does not build with substandard materials, that construction does not sit unfinished for extended periods, that all works do not conflict with environmental standards and owners are not subjected to anything visually offensive by neighboring properties.
Lot Management Manual (LMM) A Gold Coast City Council Approved manual is provided to each land owner. The LMM provides all necessary information for designers, builders, plumbers, tradespeople and owners to ensure construction and future occupancy works in harmony with the environmentally sensitive nature of adjoining parklands, waterways, flora and fauna both within and surounding the development. The LMM covers: effluent disposal, earthworks and clearing, water tanks (required with each home), bushfire management, vegitation management and weed control.
Conservation Covenant Lots 100, 101, 102, 103 are subject to a conservation covenant. Lots 100 and 101 are also subject to livestock restrictions, Details are available in the LMM.

How to get to Nature Glen Nature Glen at Nathanvale is 11 kms from Nerang CBD From the north: Take exit 69 from the M1 and turn right into Nerang Southport Road. Continue straight ahead through Nerang CBD for aproximately 5 kms. (Nerang Southport Road becomes Price Street in Nerang CBD, then Nerang Beaudesert Road). At the lights, turn right onto Mount Nathan Road, which then becomes Beaudesert Nerang Road. Continue for 6 km and then turn left onto Nathanvale Drive. Continue straight to Nature Glen. From the south: Take exit 73 from the M1 and turn left into Alexande Drive. Continue for 6 km along Alexander Drive and McLaren Road (Alexander Drive becomes McLaren Road)heading towards the intersection with Nerang Beaudesert Road. Turn left onto Nerang Beaudesert Road and right at the next lights. Travel aproximately 6 km and then left onto Nathanvale Drive. Continue straight through to Nature Glen. Alternatively set your navigational device to Nathanvale Drive and this will take you to the entrance to Nature Glen.
