DELECTABLE DESSERTS HOW SWEET IT IS!

// BY: ANGELA CLACK

SUSTENIO

I

’ll use just about any excuse to have dessert. Usually, I think of some wonderful act of kindness that I’ve done and determine that I’ve earned something fantastic as a reward. My official excuse for the many treats I sampled for this article is “research.” This is a list of treats that are so good that I guarantee you’ll have a strong emotional (perhaps even a physical) response. At a minimum, you’ll close your eyes and say “Umm.” The list includes some favorites of friends and coworkers. I asked them, “What is the best dessert you’ve ever had?” Here are some of their and my favorites: The Ricotta Zeppole Butterscotch Peanuts at Barbaro was a favorite of Marissa B., who seemed disappointed to hear that I hadn’t visited the restaurant yet. I write this having just left Barbaro and I agree I should have visited sooner. Brunch there is delicious. Barbaro

has just two items on their dessert menu. Why choose their RZBP? It was so good that upon completion, Marissa said she and her date “held hands across the table.” Any dessert that causes you to embrace someone afterwards is worth trying. Per Kim R., The Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake at Morton’s literally “leaks” chocolate. As the name suggests this cake is served warm and when cut, oozes a smooth very chocolate filling. It is not an overly large serving, but it packs enough flavor to satisfy any chocolate lover. If like me, you grew up eating butterscotch pudding, you may be reluctant to try it again for fear that it tastes as bland as that old basic boxed recipe. Well, Stephan Pyles at Sustenio has redeemed the dessert, elevating it to among my top five indulgences ever. His elegant creation Butterscotch Pudding Salted Caramel, a layered dish of deliciousness, includes salted caramel as the foundation holding up a creamy sweet pudding topped with whipped cream. On the side, you’ll enjoy a not-too-sweet snicker doodle. As with everything at Sustenio, the presentation is top notch.

The team at Sustenio has mastered the full dining experience. Their sorbets are beautifully presented in a chilled, crushed ice tower. The intensely flavored raspberry, lemon and blackberry sorbets are a refreshing light treat. They are a fitting close to their expertly prepared Texas -themed and locally sourced cuisine. Many know La Gloria Ice House at the Pearl for its authentic street food. I am a fan of their ceviches and their Puerco en Chiles molcajete. Regulars also know that they serve a “taste like Abuelita made it” Pastel Tres Leches Cake. It is presented modestly, just a nut covered square on a saucer, but its flavor and moistness are unforgettable. I’ve had my fair share of tres leche cake. This one is king. You won’t find anyone who doesn’t love Bakery Lorraine. Also in the Pearl, it’s always teaming with locals and in-the-know tourists looking to taste a variety of expertly executed Parisian cuisine. I have twice been gifted their famous macarons. They’re exquisite. I recently tried the “freedom” macaron, a red, white and blue creamy, crisp salute to America on their menu for the 4th of July. It was so good. One favorite JULY//AUGUST NHOME /

23

BARBARO

that isn’t always available is their Filipinoinspired Calamansi Cake. Made from a unique citrus fruit that is used extensively in Filipino cooking, the cake is a light, lemony and refreshing adventurous choice. It would be a travesty not to include the Whiskey Cake at Whiskey Cake in this list of favorite desserts. As you may have guessed, it is a combination of whiskey and cake. When you try it, you’ll see that it is served resting in a pool of caramel sauce and topped with sticky sweet pecans. The generous portion, intended for two, is served with a bowl of the restaurant's fresh whipped cream. I recommend you enjoy it with their French-pressed coffee. Other favorites include: • The Key Lime Pie at J. Alexander’s. It’s a limey, classic creation on a graham cracker and pecan crust. • An interactive and romantic choice for dessert is the Chocolate Fondue at The Melting Pot. Dippers include strawberries, pound cake, pineapple and brownies. There are milk, dark and white chocolate fondue choices and concoctions that include peanut butter or caramel. Or you can choose to customize your chocolate with a liqueur.

• There are a number of restaurants that serve an excellent bread pudding. Pappadeaux comes to mind. Perry’s Rocky Road Bread Pudding, however is a standout. If you haven’t had Perry's famous pork chop, I feel sorry for you. When you decide to treat yourself to the pork chop, or any of the other perfectly prepared dishes at Perry’s, don’t finish. Have them box up your leftovers and leave room for dessert. The Rocky Road Bread Pudding is chock full of chocolate chips and is resting in a pool of caramel sauce and candied walnuts. It’s topped with a toasted homemade marshmallow. My hope is that this article will inspire you to do some research of your own. Try some of my favorites. Or, poll your friends to discover their favorite sweet treats. ■ For more information about the establishments in this article, visit their websites at:

SOLAR ENERGY

LUCY STOLZENBURG - TEXAS SOLAR ENERGY SOCIETY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR // SPECIAL TO NHOME

TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF (EDUCATION, HOBBIES, FAMILY, PETS ETC.) I have a BA degree in Journalism, but my work background is very eclectic. I have traveled extensively, both in the US and abroad, once spending four months in India and Nepal. I look forward to more travel in the next few years but for now, the Texas Solar Energy Society needs my attention as we look to the future of renewable energy and a greater degree of solar adoption in this very sunny state. I live in Dripping Springs with my husband and three dogs, probably the fewest number of pets in 20 years. At last our son has moved back to Austin after admitting that Boston winters are horrendous and it’s more fun here.

HOW WERE YOU INTRODUCED TO SOLAR?

WHAT DO YOU FEEL IS THE FUTURE OF SOLAR? The Texas Solar Energy Society concentrates on solar adoption for homes and businesses so I won’t delve into utility scale solar. In the future solar will become so accessible to homeowners and businesses that it will just be a part of the built environment. I have a joke that makes my board nervous – I want to print a bumper sticker that says, “Solar is just an appliance.” I do think the utilities are going to bite back hard at solar, but if I live long enough, I believe I will see a diminishing number of lines and poles in the landscape.

IF WE COULD EACH DO ONE THING TO MAKE A CHANGE TO PROMOTE SOLAR WHAT DO YOU THINK IT WOULD BE? Solar is contagious, and if you put people who have solar with people who are interested in solar, it expands the conversation and ultimately the adoption exponentially. We should all badger our representatives in Washington to continue the Federal Tax Credit for residential solar beyond 12/2016. Those representatives need to be reminded that the tax assistance to fossil fuels is ridicu-

28

/ NHOME JULY//AUGUST 2015

lously huge and so deeply imbedded in the tax code that you need a klieg light to find it.

WHAT CHANGES HAVE YOU MADE IN YOUR LIFE TO LIVE AS EFFICIENTLY AS POSSIBLE? Back in 2007 when I started getting interested in energy efficiency, I changed out all our lightbulbs to CFLs and dropped our electric bill by 20%. I installed a metal roof last year that is raised on lath for ventilation in summer months and I just had a 17 SEER dual stage HVAC system installed. I drive a Prius and get 46 mpg.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU’D LIKE TO ADD? It sometimes seems difficult to get the general populace to recognize that a 10-12 year payback (I’m talking no incentives but the FITC) is such a short period of time. Take into consideration the value of a free fuel source, a practically indestructible hardware setup with a long warranty, and the opportunity to say “no” to a future of continuing oil spills, destroyed habitat, dirty air and water shortages. The largest purchasers of residential/commercial solar are ages 45-60, perhaps because they have a more realistic understanding of time. The purchasers should really be the younger generation as they will benefit the most. Our society has created ridiculous expectations for very short term financial gains. ■

For more information visit www.txses.org/solar (a new website is in the works) and please take a look at your utility bill to understand how many kilowatt hours of energy you use each month.

KLETR/BIGSTOCK.COM

In 2007 I was fired from a job where I made buckets of money, but hated the work. I took many months off to take care of elderly family members who were putting on their flying shoes. When they became late, I volunteered for the Austin Cool House Tour, a collaboration of the Texas Solar Energy Society (TXSES) and Austin Energy Green Building. I had been involved earlier with Green Building as a Realtor and wanted to explore it further. In that down time in 2007, I heard Ed Mazria, who had just created Architecture 2030 and the 2030 Challenge- that all new buildings developments and major renovations shall be carbon neutral by 2030. I was hooked. I volunteered for TXSES, which became a job, which became a career. I’ve been the Executive Director since 2012.

I RECENTLY HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SIT DOWN WITH MIKE HOLLAWAY AND HIS TWIN BOYS, MATT AND PATRICK HOLLAWAY. WE MET IN WHAT I WOULD CALL THE BRAIN CENTER OF HOLLAWAY CUSTOM HOMES TO DISCUSS THEIR NEW HOME IN CRESTA BELLA, ONE OF SAN ANTONIO’S NEWEST PREMIER RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES. Cresta Bella is located on the west side of Interstate 10 at Camp Bullis, just minutes from The Shops at La Cantera, USAA, Valero and the medical district. There are 242 beautiful hill country acres next to a 207 acre nature preserve. The views are breathtaking. “This is one of the hottest developments in San Antonio and we’re glad to own lots here,” Mike said as we reviewed the plat. “There are three sections,” he explained. “Our garden/patio homes are in The Villas and will sell between $400,000 to $500,00. The Enclave will feature custom homes between $700,000 and $950,000 and The Reserve with estate view lots will sell between $950,000 and $2,000,000 plus.” We stopped talking a moment while Matt flashed their finished Cresta Bella show piece JULY//AUGUST NHOME /

up on the large screen. Just based on the photos I’m sure you agree that it’s an amazing home. “What type of architecture would you call it?” I asked. Mike deferred to his sons, “What do you think the style would best be categorized as?” he asked them. Then he turned to me, “What do you think?” I think he was being nice asking my opinion, but it gave me a brief glimpse of the way he continues to teach his sons, and anyone else in the room. “This is a 3rd generation company,” he said as I smiled, “and the pressure is on as they follow in the footsteps.” “Is this where you meet and discuss the projects you have working?” I asked. “Yes,” Mike answered. “We sit down around the table and discuss trends, sketches, plans and concepts and then we bring in the architects and designers. We work together to build affordable, award winning designs.” “What are some of the recent trends in new construction?” I asked. “We're still building bright, airy and open casual living plans that are stereotypical San Antonio, with an emphasis on baths, kitchens and outdoor living spaces,” he said. “Plus we’ve added exterior and interior water features such as water shear walls and fire features which are soothing, relaxing elements. We’re also using straight, clean lines that are low maintenance.” It’s obvious how Hollaway stays on the cutting edge of the building industry; with added technology, energy efficiency, green building materials and esthetically pleasing designs. You can’t go wrong with a Hollaway Custom Home. Hollaway client, Mary Ellen Londrie told me, “I was introduced to Mr. Mike Hollaway a couple of years ago. After one meeting with Mike, I knew I wanted him to build my dream home. Mike’s passion for his work comes through in the masterpieces he builds. He and his team are profes-

sional, genuine and most importantly care about their clients. Mike and his team dedicate their time as if I am their only client. I have built several homes and have never experienced this level of care and service. Mike believes in quality and taking care of his clients. I am blessed to know Mike and his team! He has raised the bar for custom home builders.” Hollaway Custom Homes is not just a San Antonio builder. Mike was pleased to tell me about a recent creation in Floresville. “We just finished a large, beautiful timber frame home in Floresville. VISION INTERIORS LUXURY HOME INTERIOR DESIGN

I

t is with great pleasure and excitement that Vision Interiors was chosen by Mike Hollaway Custom Homes to assist in the design of their luxury custom homes. At Vision Interiors we pride our self on masterfully highlighting stylistic characteristics. We strive to blend the client’s vision

with our expertise and talents to create their perfect reality. In the featured Mike Hollaway Custom Home we had an enjoyable experience using our creativity to design this modern style home. This homeowner deviated from the norm, to include a sparkling red quartz countertop in the Kitchen. This vibrant color countertop is the “heart” of the home and inspired the overall design of the main living areas. There are other unique design elements throughout the home. One of these is the master bath, which has an open shower with one single panel of glass separating the shower from the tub. The other side of the shower is a wall of windows that looks out to the private courtyard and serene water feature. The windows are also accented with tile and decorative mosaic, which is essentially the jewelry of the wall. Other luxury amenities include the floating staircase, custom pivot front door, media room, and exquisite light fixtures. We sincerely appreciate the confidence that Mike Hollaway has entrusted in Vision Interiors to maintain the standard of excellence he is known for. We pride ourselves in the attention to detail that we give our custom home builders and clients which makes me proud to represent Vision Interiors. ■

The EXQUISITE Kitchen EVERYTHING YOU SHOULD KNOW AND MORE

// BY: DY LYNNE DABNEY, ASID

Appliances are the functional yet focal pieces of a kitchen. Stainless steel is still very popular and also very affordable now. The recent launch of matte black appliances as well as glossy white contemporary choices, help make designing new kitchens so much fun and not so predictable. I’m thrilled to be working with black and gold accents right now! If that is out of your comfort zone, you can always count on stainless steel to look great with any design. Plumbing fixtures are so advanced and beautiful today. Chrome finishes shine and give a clean and sophisticated look to the kitchen. Pair a chrome faucet with a porcelain apron front sink and you have a classic combo. Many faucets now have a sensor built in that allow you hands-free convenience when covered in flour or holding a heavy pot.

Lighting with chandeliers and pendants adds instant glamour to any kitchen. Task lighting is also important, so be sure to add can lighting and under cabinet lighting too. Lighting will help you show off all the other beautiful finishes you have invested in. I recommend LED lighting for your under cabinet lighting. You can choose from warmer or cooler tones to compliment your design. Cabinets are a big decision, there are so many door styles, wood species and finishes available. White painted cabinets are trending now, as well as many shades of gray. White cabinets are one of my favorites, and historically have proven to have staying power. Lighter cabinets can make the kitchen feel larger and brighter. I would try to stay classic and not too trendy with cabinets as they are big ticket items and not easily changeable. Countertop choices are plentiful. Many of my clients choose quartz products for both its looks and durability. There are so many colors, slab sizes and patterns to chose from with quartz. Marble has also been very popular, it never goes out of style, yet it requires more maintenance. To add a bit more visual impact, I recommend a double laminated edge on the island. Backsplashes create the most focal and dramatic impact. The possibilities of combining materials such as glass and stone, mosaics, or just simple subway tiles give you the chance to be creative and really customize your kitchen. I love to splurge in this area, your eye is drawn to this focal area in general, so spice it up!

44

/ NHOME JULY//AUGUST 2015

Finally, the icing on the cake… don’t forget the cabinet hardware. Sleek or classic, the final details such as a cup pull, or an 8" slender pull will really make your design feel complete. The nice thing about hardware is you can replace it and change up your look without too much trouble or money. Team up with a reputable designer and contractor; working together can make your kitchen exquisite. I suggest you work with an ASID designer and as many industry partners as you can. They are full of knowledge and keep up with the latest designs and technology. I frequent Fergusons Enterprises. Their showroom is spectacular and full of products you can see, touch and sometimes even attend demonstrations. Palmer Todd has exquisite cabinetry and specialty tiles. Wherever you shop, a designer can help you navigate the path to your dream kitchen while having fun during the process. They say kitchens sell homes, so it’s money well spent when you invest in yours! ■

lteza Residences, where unparralled living begins on the 25th floor, is located in the rich and diverse cultural center of downtown San Antonio. Perched with an incredible outlook of downtown San Antonio’s vibrant cityscape and sitting directly on the River Walk, Alteza Residences is a sparkling beacon of the migration trend to the epicenter of the city. The location is prime; with eclectic food choices, arts and culture, and industry centers of the city in close proximity. Alteza is in the middle of everything exciting and progressive that San Antonio has to offer. Residents who purchased early are now enjoying a new degree of luxury living. As the San Antonio real estate market improves, the value of condominium living at Alteza is increasing in rapidly. As of June 2015, the number of residences sold has already passed totals

from 2014. The contemporary-designed residences start from the $300s and have a number of different floorplan selections, with one and two bedroom layouts, two bedroom plus den, and three bedroom penthouses. Only two out of six penthouses remain for sale. Compared to prices for the same level of luxury in cities such as Houston or Austin, Alteza is a smart choice for empty nesters, young professionals and singles looking for more streamlined living. Individuals who invest in residential condominiums recognize the opportunity that Alteza represents with pricing below the cost of replacement in today’s market. Many buyers are attracted to the “lock and leave” lifestyle Alteza’s highly hospitable building provides. With pre-wired Smart Technology that allows residents to manage lights and thermostats while away, maintenance is minimized substantially. Homes are spacious with clean lines that provide a blank slate for visionaries and decorators to customize the residences according to their personal style. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in natural light and allow the downtown cityscape to act as a living backdrop to the kitchen and entertainment space. Every residence includes a balcony or terrace, which expands living space even further. Many overlook the beloved Hemisfair Park, set to reopen later this fall. Luxury amenities available to Alteza residents also include a twenty-four hour concierge that handles dry cleaning pickup and delivery, grocery shopping, and dog walking, along with other services. Alteza also offers amenities such as onsite housekeeping, a rooftop pool complete with Jacuzzi and panoramic views, and three-level underground parking. The club room connects to the pool and outdoor grill area, making it the perfect site for hosting friends. Residents can rent the club room, and also have their event catered in the adjoining kitchen; onsite housekeeping will take care of the details post-fete. In addition to resident benefits outlined above, Alteza residents enjoy the privileges of the Grand Hyatt amenities such as room service, membership availability in the StayFit® Gym, cashless billing and discounted rates for rooms. ■

oung minds have a new place to grow in San Antonio – The DoSeum. The DoSeum, which opened June 6, offers limitless opportunities for children to discover, explore, create and learn. With world-class exhibits and sustainable, thoughtful architecture, it is poised to be one of the leading children’s museums in the nation. The museum educates by using every inch of its 104,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. Nearly 60 percent of The DoSeum’s exhibits focus on concepts in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), while others emphasize literacy and the creative arts to create a diverse learning experience. The DoSeum celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting and a family-friendly festival. Community leaders including Mayor Ivy Taylor, Bexar County Commissioner Tommy Calvert and San Antonio City Councilman Alan E. Warrick, II gathered for the opening ceremony, which included a poem reflecting on the

beauty of blossoming young minds read by San Antonio’s Poet Laureate Laurie Anne Guerrero. The ceremony culminated with a ribbon cutting performed by a Rube Goldberg-inspired sculpture created by local artist Raygun Johns. The art piece incorporated letters from the sign of the downtown location of the San Antonio Children’s Museum, and used a chain reaction of simple tasks to cut the ribbon. At The DoSeum, kids feed their appetite for learning as they choose from an impressive menu of exhibits including a stateof-the-art robot named Baxter, a spy academy filled with math challenges, an interactive puppet parade, a musical staircase, a Children’s Stream and significant outdoor space with plenty of water features, shade, and 26-foot-tall, ADA-accessible treehouse. Indoors, guests can explore six main exhibit areas: Sensations Studio, Explore, Innovation Station, Imagine It, Little Town and Spy Academy.

Our hope is that The DoSeum will spark a genuine zeal for learning that they will take with them through childhood and beyond.” The DoSeum is expected to attract over 400,000 visitors annually to experience its innovative approach to education, and is another influential addition to San Antonio’s cultural corridor along Broadway that includes the Pearl Brewery complex, Witte Museum, Brackenridge Park, the San Antonio Botanical Gardens, the San Antonio Zoo and the San Antonio

hen you think of going on a pub crawl in San Antonio, you might think of the Riverwalk, The Pearl, or St. Mary’s Strip. If you truly, however, want to do more than just go bar hopping – if you are looking to sample concoctions from the sophisticated to the whimsical, and to do so while enjoying some of the most beautiful Texas scenery imaginable – then the La Cantera Hill Country Resort has an unmatched cocktail adventure waiting for you. The La Cantera Hill Country Resort, part of the Destination Hotels collection, boasts four unique bars – six if you include the poolside bars Topaz and Vista Grille. Each offers a distinct ambience and experience, from the classic dark wood-toned elegance of Sire bar to the bright, fresh feel of Primero Cantina to the casual dining of the SweetFire Kitchen and the world-class resort atmosphere found at the City View Terrace, where you can enjoy a one-of-kind sunset overlooking Fiesta Texas and the sweeping city views for this Hill Country oasis. Mix this setting with unparalleled service delivered by highly trained and experienced bar and wait staff. Then, blend it with a passion for spirits found in the inspired, well-balanced menu of hand-crafted cocktails. The result: La Cantera takes the notion of the pub crawl well beyond the next level. That passion is personified by Will Primavera, Director of Food and Beverage. For the past year, Primavera – formerly Vice President of Food and Beverage at The Palms Casino and Resort in Las Vegas – has been shaping the culinary direction of the resort. With more than three decades in the business, going back to his humble childhood beginnings as a dishwasher through his training as a Level II Sommelier and extensive experience managing multiple restaurants in Las Vegas, Primavera brings an infectious zeal to his duties. For him, helping create La Cantera’s highly original cocktail offerings has been more work than play. “A great cocktail should be balanced, structured and have layers with ingredients that augment, while creating a memorable event with every sip. You don’t

required to make a quality mojito. “The drink should not be over muddled – you don’t want to bruise the mint or lime,” he says. “It should be muddled enough to open up the layers of flavor.” For the signature Lavendar Mojito, fresh seasonal blackberries or blueberries are muddled with mint leaves and mixed with a lavender simple syrup, house-made with a carefully steeped lavender bud. “The fruit is much more aromatic and gives it a fantastic shot of color, and the lavender adds a great floral feel to complement the mojito flavors.” (If you are not in the mood for a mojito, Primavera notes that Primero Cantina also is home to La Cantera’s take on the beer-rita, the “Corona Limona” made with Bacardi Limon instead of tequila.) “Setting Sun Sangria” at CityView Terrace. This is a perfect complement to a stunning view of the city and hill country skyline. It’s made with dry white wine, brandy, nutmeg, real vanilla bean, three different types of

flavored vodka, cinnamon stalks and a white peach puree flown in from France. The orange and lemon medallions in the drink are macerated for up to three days. “We use a touch of sugar to set off the tartness of the drink,” Primavera says. “And we top it with a touch of sparkling wine to give it backbone and acidity.” Fittingly, served in a wine glass. “Vote 4 Pedro” at Primero Cantina. It is well worth a return trip here to try the playfully named “Vote 4 Pedro,” a tequila cocktail that is much more than a margarita. Agave nectar, hibiscus syrup and a pinch of kosher salt shaken with lime and tequila create a uniquely balanced, approachable libation. The presentation in a Marie Antoinette glass adds to the unforgettable nature of the concoction, made all the more memorable by the garnish – an edible hibiscus flower that presents softly sour plum notes. “Jekyll and Hyde” at SweetFire Kitchen. The capper of the night is one of the most intriguing - a very adult butterscotch ice cream shake. White Godiva, Stoli Salted Caramel Vodka blended with a generous portion of full-fat ice cream (no lite or non-fat please), a touch of salt and garnish of real crumbled Werther’s Butterscotch candies. Other ice cream drinks such as the Drunken Grasshopper and Elvis are also on the menu if butterscotch is not to your liking, but if you’re not sure, the “Jekyll and Hyde” is worth the gamble. DESIGNER’S CHOICE AWARDS // SPECIAL TO NHOME // PHOTOGRAPHY: JASON ROBERTS

The San Antonio Design Community of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) held the first annual “Designer's Choice Awards” honoring local Industry Partners. This event was specifically organized to celebrate the local ASID Industry Partners for their continuous support of the design industry. Our Industry Partners play a significant role in the design community, by offering expertise, technical knowledge, as well as offering the latest introductions of products the world of design has to offer. They are all very committed to assisting local designer’s needs, and no doubt make local interior designers a success within their own business, and for their projects. The fun and festive event was held at the Phoenician Ballroom, and attendees were welcomed to a room glowing with candlelight, custom floral arrangements, and music. Several members from neighboring design communities like Austin and Dallas were also in attendance, and the event was hosted by Leslie Foley of the Ronald McDonald House, San Antonio’s ASID Design community's sponsored charity. The event was a definite success with over 100 in attendance. A portion of the proceeds were donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. We thank all of those who attended and thank you for your support for this much needed event. We hope to see everyone at the “2016 ASID San Antonio Design Community Designers Choice Awards”!

In collaboration with Musical Bridges Around the World (MBAW) the art exhibit included pieces from Kevork Mourad and Mireyarte, sculptures from Mahdi Vali and Danville Chadbourne. Visitors toured the new space admiring the art and enjoying a live jazz music from The Prados. SMOKE The Restaurant featured their mouthwatering brisket, beacon snacks and jalapeno chocolate brownies. Guests included some of the top realtors in San Antonio, AIA (American Institute of Architects), NHOME magazine, photographers, designers, clients, artists, chefs, title companies, contractors, insurance agents, vendors, friends and more. A toast to the future for Elite Homes ended a perfect evening. Visit their new location at 18503 Sigma Rd, Suite 200 right at the corner of 1604.
