May is here and damn … it is an overflow birthday month for Tracy and myself! Birthday’s this month include: My sister Debi on May 1st … Lenny Mumbles on May 2nd … my son Tony on May 4th … my daughter-in-law Christine on May 6th … our staff writer Moutasem Seyam on May 10th … my good friend Georgie on May 29th and my sister-inlaw Kimmy on May 31st. Wow … that’s a lot of birthday cards, dinners & presents!

On top of that we mix in one of my favorite sporting events the Kentucky Derby on May 6th … Memorial Day on May 29th and all the events happening at area clubs … including Cinco de Mayo on May 5th … It is a busy & crazy month!

“Celebration of Life” parties and I hope we don’t have to do another one for a long time. You’ll see the Andrew “Rock” Serra and Erik Moon recaps. Both of these gentlemen were well respected and loved by our community and they will be deeply missed.

How about the amazing start the Tampa Bay Rays have put together? Winning, winning and winning some more … they have set numerous records and all we can do is

hope they keep playing at a high level all season long … fingers crossed … World Series here we come! I would also like to talk about the Tampa Bay Lightning but my eyes are full of tears as I am 100% disappointed in the way they finished the regular season. At press time they trail the Toronto Maple Leafs 3-1 and it looks like they will not have a chance to advance … Way too much talent on this team not to make it out of the first round.

A WILD TIME AT THE NIGHTMOVES CHARITY GOLF CLASSIC

Wow … oh wow …oh wow!! We had over 30 beautiful ladies act as caddies for the NightMoves Golf Classic that took place April 15 at Tarpon Woods Golf Course. The weather was perfect and everybody had a great time. We managed to set a record with our charity donation to Jan Stephenson’s Crossroads Foundation and all our golfers, caddies, NightMoves staff and Tarpon Woods/Legends Bar & Grill staff did a wonderful job!

MEET KIM COLE!

Around Town

Kim is the newest member of “Team NightMoves”. She has been part of our crazy little group for a while but she is now on the “A Team”! To say that she is an entrepreneur, interesting, out-going and smart is a huge understatement.

Kim is from Decatur, Alabama and moved to Florida back in 1984. She has been a surgical technician for 25 years (yes … she is a real life nurse!) and has been a photographer since 2010. In the past she owned “Hollywood Sex Toyz” as well as “Lily Consignment Shop”.

Kimberly Cole Photography is her latest adventure and we are extremely happy to have a professional photographer as part of our staff. If you are looking for a family photo, wedding photography, bedroom shots or more, please give Kim a call.

Kim says, “I started going to events with NightMoves and seeing them at area clubs when national acts passed through. I went to a few NightMoves Awards and even traveled with them to Exxxotica events in Miami. We became friends and I am here for the love of the staff and the fun of being in the clubs”.

Erik “Essex” Moon 1986-2023

MORE THAN JUST A DJ!

Last month our industry lost another great guy. Erik Moon passed away and he was well respected, friendly, fun and loved by everybody who knew him. Eric moved to the Tampa Bay area 15 years ago from East Haven, Connecticut and was a DJ at Oasis Cabaret, Brass Flamingo, Silks Adult Entertainment and most recently The Penthouse Club.

The industry had a “Celebration of Life Party” at Ozona Blue restaurant for him on Sunday April 23 and it was amazing! A good turnout, perfect weather, a delicious food buffet, live music and everybody had the opportunity to tell Erik stories. He was named NightMoves “DJ of The Year’ in 2020 and Eric was a huge Dallas Cowboy fan … he even named his dog Dallas! He was also was a Star Wars freak and a huge fan of wrestling! Rich from Silks and Eddie from Penthouse also said Erik was “lightyears ahead of the curve” when it came to technology. Here are a few photos from the party … RIP Erik.

Meet BJ MCNAUGHTY

One of the hardest working entertainers on the feature dance circuit has to be BJ McNaughty. This amazing lady lives in Portland, Oregon and flies across the county on an almost weekly basis. NightMoves caught up to her in Tampa Bay … she wasn’t scheduled as a feature dancer, but she was in town to have Jackie (the world’s number-one costume creator) make her a new outfit for an upcoming entertainer contest in Dallas, Texas.

If you have never seen BJ perform she does her act in full clown makeup! White face, red nose, pink hair and clown costume. To say it is something to see a clown looking as sexy and beautiful as BJ is an understatement. Her acts are funny and she is a true entertainer!

BJ decided to dance a couple nights at Silks Adult Entertainment (without her customary clown makeup) while in town waiting for her costume to be completed. Her schedule looked like this: She flew to Orlando from Portland … drove to Tampa Bay … danced at

BJ started dancing at the tender age of 37 … yes that is not a typo! She was working for an adult magazine in Portland and saw local entertainers all the time. After a little practice and coaching she worked up the courage to get on stage and found out she was pretty damn good! She needed some type of “hook” to make herself stand out and the clown concept was born.

She is a self-taught balloon animal expert and she has been nominated for numerous national awards and has been part of the NightMoves Awards Show! The next time BJ is in the area, do yourself a favor and check her out.

Last month on April 7 NightMoves held a “Celebration of Life Party” for Andrew “Rock” Serra at Atlantis Gentlemen’s Club. Drew was a huge part of NightMoves and we miss him every day.

The party was fantastic and Atlantis did a wonderful job. Tom Foxhill and his staff decorated the club, purchased

Drew’s favorite pizza, put on a champagne toast and played all of Andrew’s favorite 70’s songs including the Beach Boys and Three Dog Night!

People had the opportunity to get on the microphone and talk about Drew. The people who turned out was amazing as the club was filled with area

club owners, managers, entertainers and numerous feature entertainers who also attended … it was a special evening!

The masquerade party was a night to Remember. Every Staff member was dressed to Impress. The mask worn was beautiful I thought I was in a New Orleans bar . Night Owls Food is a wonderful addition to the club . Ready to Cook to Order. . The Sound System is one of a kind in the area . If you haven’t had a chance to go to Hush go check them out it is one of a kind and we are lucky to have them in the Tampa Bay Area.

JONNY B’S BIRTHDAY AT LUNA LOUNGE

Ev Luna made sure that Jonny B’s Birthday at Luna Lounge was full of laughs. Some of the best Comedians in the Bay Area attended along with 102.5 The bone. Dan Hauffe, LJ Jones, Gas Marley and Michael Jochims were all there. The Bar features a full bar and friendly staff with multiple TV’s sets and amazing menu . Pool table’s are available . We highly recommend Luna Lounge for a fun filled evening out.

Surprises. Upsets. If there were brackets, they would have been busted. No one could have predicted the finalists. I certainly didn’t. This was a tight, tough, competition.

For the third year in a row the Exotic Dancer Invitational was held at Buck’s Cabaret in Dallas, Texas and sister club Buck’s Wild. Both are large, spacious and contemporary clubs. The competition lasted three nights, Wednesday to Friday April 19-21. The contestants arrived from across the United States. From Clearwater Beach, Florida to Portland, Oregon. And some from right at home base, Dallas, Texas.

Eighteen showgirls were divided into two divisions, Starlets and Champions with the Champions being those who have won titles before. Most notable for all shows was the high energy of each contestant and the hard work exhibited by the Starlets brand new to the business.

The clubs have high ceilings and everyone was superb with their

pole work that each contestant ended up climbing to the very top at one point or another.

There was so much creativity. BJ Mc Naughty climbed out of a giant box of popcorn. Koyotee J von Diva did a bullfighter show with Hannah Doll as the cute Bull. Fire and Ice did their acrobatic tandem show. Ella Hotwheeels brought her skates.

But, in the end it was Galaxy who stole the newcomer’s division with some amazing work with her LED hoops and on the silks. Second place in the Starlets went to Zelah Pandemonium and third Claire Fae.

Autumn Knights, whose superior pole work and mastery of the aerial silks took the overall crown. Justice secured second and BJ McNaughty came in third.

The winner in each division received $1000 and a chance compete at the Exotic Dancer Expo this August in Las Vegas. We at NightMoves wish everyone good luck and we’ll see ya in Vegas!

SPORTS REPORT

TAMPA BAY RAYS Fantastic, amazing, stupendous, wonderful, exciting … are there any other adjectives I should say describing the Tampa Bay Rays start to the 2023 baseball season?

At press time the team has a 20-3 record … that is not a misprint … twenty wins and only three losses. These guys have played better than anybody could imagine. Starting pitching has always been the strength for the Rays and this year is no di erent. At press time Shane McClanahan is 4-0 with a 1.86 ERA … Drew Rasmussen is 3-1 with a 2.01 ERA … Taj Bradley is 3-0 with a 3.52 ERA and Zach E in is 3-0 with a 2.81 ERA. The bullpen is unhittable with Pete Fairbanks, Jason Adam, Garrett Cleavinger and Yonny Chirinos leading the way. Can they keep up this history-making play … that’s almost impossible but they are 17 games above .500 and it isn’t even May 1st. Look for this team to be a force all season long and make a serious run at another World Series appearance.

TAMPA BAY BUCCANERS The draft is a couple days away from our going to press and the Bucs have the 19th overall selection. The team has a lot of needs … the o ensive line needs help, we could use a running back, the defense needs an upgrade and a top corner back or edge rusher would help.

The loss of QB Tom Brady has the team in a transition. The signing of Baker May eld is lled with questionmarks and the backup is Kyle Trask who carried a clipboard 99% of last season. Will they take another QB or sign a journeyman to compete for the starting job? There are rumors that the team might trade WR Mike Evans and if that does happen it will prove that we are in a rebuilding mode.

The NFC South is a much improved division with the New Orleans Saints signing QB Derek Carr to play alongside RB Alvin Kamara, a healthy WR Mike Thomas,second year man WR Chris Olave and TE Taysom Hill. The Carolina Panthers have the #1 pick in the draft and nished last season strong. Lastly, the Atlanta Falcons look to be the weakest link but they always play the Bucs tu .

Let’s hope the Buccaneer front o ce can pull a few rabbits out of their draft-hats and make this team competitive this season.

TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING

At press time I am crushed. The Bolts lost two straight games in overtime against the Toronto Maple Leafs and trail the series 3 games to one. Is winning the series impossible? No but I wouldn’t bet my life on it. The team played not to lose in game four when they had a 4-1 lead going into the third period and the Leafs took full advantage. Vasy doesn’t look like the “All World” goaltender we have had the past few years. If they do get eliminated by Toronto look for the team to make a few changes in the o -season.

HORSE RACING

The 149th renewal of the Kentucky Derby will take place Saturday May 6 at Churchill Downs Race Track in Louisville, Kentucky. The Run For the Roses will feature Tapit Trice who is bidding to become the rst Tampa Bay Derby winner since Street Sense in 2007 to win the Kentucky Derby. Two other horses that competed at the Oldsmar oval have also won the Run for the Roses: Super Saver, who nished third in the 2010 Tampa Bay Derby, and Always Dreaming, who broke his maiden here as a 3-year-old 14 weeks before the 2017 Kentucky Derby. Two other horses who competed this season in Oldsmar are also expected to join the 20-horse Kentucky Derby eld. Kingsbarns and Lord Miles will also try to make racing history.

I think the horse Forte is the one to beat and I also give Practical Move, Hit Show and Angel of Empire a shot to be in the winner’s circle. Good luck with your wagering!

Ryan: So I asked the guy, he had a legit production company down there in San Diego, and I think he’s still around actually... And I said, “Hey if I want to do this full time, what do I do? Like are there more people that I can work for... (Laughs) Like I knew NOTHING about Porn at that time. (Laughs) And he was like “Well, I know... “ And I can’t remember her name now, I

have it written down somewhere because I am so forgetful, but he said “I have this girl’s number, she is huge in the industry, give her a call and she will tell you who to contact up in LA...

Miles: Niceeeeee, Niceeeeeeeeee... (Laughs)

Ryan: And, that’s exactly what I did. So she gave me the name and number of a contact at VCA, Vivid, Wicked, and what was the other one...

Miles: Metro?

Ryan: Yes that was it, Metro. (Laughs) Right? The Fabulous 4... right? And of course from there it grew, more people find out “New Meat” (Laughs)

Miles: Well and another really special thing about you was that back in those days, there were not a plethora of girls who did Anal... But you came in to the business, and you liked it and you were a Champ already, and I think that’s how we met actually, when you first came in we did an Anal scene together. (Laughs)

Miles: Yep, I remember you would sometimes be doing 3 scenes every day.

Ryan: Yes, Yes, 3 Anal scenes a day ... (Smiles) Because I was like I’m already cleaned out and ready so why not? I love Anal. Ryan: Yes, we started out in an Era where everything was a big production, and then Gonzo along, and so, you went from, I remember one time where I was on set for 16 hours, reading dialogue... Like we were sleeping all over couches... (Laughs)

Miles: That’s what I’m saying, because these days a lot of the kids will shoot their stuff on their phones, and back then we were shooting on the cameras that Mainstream Films were shooting their big movies on, I remember one time I was shooting a scene standing over 2 people having sex in a Hot tub, and it was a 500,000.00 Camera, with a 250,000.00 lens, and I’m straddling the Hot tub, with my feet in the water and holding my camera way above my head to get this shot... And I looked over at the Director who was at his Director cart looking at the Monitors, and he said “Beautiful Shot Miles, by the way, you know if you drop that Camera into the water you are fired right?” And then after we finished the shot and he called ‘Cut’, we all burst out laughing... (Laughs)

Ryan: Yep those were the days for sure! (Laughs)

Little by little, Dorcel is making their presence felt in the states. They have now done several films with an all-American cast, crew and director like Kay Brandt. They continue making their presence felt and, in this offering, they have called on the excellent directorial talents of Ricky Geenwood to helm “Trouble”. In addition, this is an all stateside cast headed by the very in demand Lilly Bell, along with Jane Wilde, Skye Blue and Vicki Chase. It doesn’t get much better than that. With Greenwood in the director’s chair, you know you have some high-powered drama, a scintillating storyline and film that will deliver everything you expect and why this gifted and creative director/writer has a roomful of awards for his work in just about every genre. Get nice and comfy with your partner because you are in for a very interesting twist and turns adult film treat.

In this release the title refers to the devilish and devious Lilly Bell, because she is trouble with a capitol T. As the promo says, “When Lilly Bell’s involved, you better believe there will be Trouble!” The premise revolves around Jane Wilde and Robby Echo an in-love couple who are looking forward to a getaway weekend that they have planned. They both have been so busy that the time has come for the two of them to just get away and enjoy each other, recharge their mental and physical batteries and forget everything else for a few days. Sounds like a great plan and everything starts off just the way they had planned. However, the first thing we see is Vicki Chase in action and she is as hot as ever. In the story she is a successful real estate agent who has Lilly working for her. She has some concerns

about Lilly and her ways but she is a good worker, so she just shrugs it off which turns into a big mistake. Fact is, Lilly is a totally obsessed woman who is jealous of anything anyone has and she doesn’t. Because of this obsession she will go to any lengths to get what she wants both personally as well as sexually. Her obsessions have no limits. In this instance she finds a way to make off with Vicki’s identity and begins putting a very devious and dangerous plan together.

As Lilly plots her moves, she finds a way for Robby to get involved with Tommy Pistol and Skye Blue in a wild and woolly three way, but she has only just begun. Lilly knows men cannot say no to her and she is bound and determined to get everything she wants no matter what it takes. Her obsession and jealousies are taking over in full spirit by now and whoever she comes in contact with is in what else, trouble. That becomes very evident when she meets up with Jane. She plays nice but all the while is up to no good and cons Jane into a situation where Lilly seduces her into a lesbian encounter that really has some teeth to it. These two are gold together. Now that she has Jane where she wants her, she has her eyes set on her next target, Robby, and makes some serious threats to get her way. So now Jane gives in and says just this one time and that’s it. So now Lilly not only has her but Robby as well in a threesome that just gets totally carried away and is over the top. But wait, there is more when it comes to the devious and dangerous Lilly. We purposely left out a few twists and turns, so what happens next? You will just have to get hold of this release and see for yourself.

Another well-paced, heart pounding scenario that Greenwood works magically. The settings, the lighting and visuals are all top notch. The acting is above par and Lilly Bell makes the perfect obsessive bad girl displaying an award worthy performance throughout. The five sex scenes sizzle and offer up a little bit of everything. This is very solid adult entertainment that couples will enjoy, so be sure to check out “Trouble” from Dorcel, you won’t be disappointed.

Elegant Angel once again collects some searing tarts for this sixth volume of Teen Wet Asses. Jessica went straight to the point in explaining how different it is in her home country compared to the likes of the adult industry hubs we have here such as Miami, LA, and Tampa.

“There is no comparing the small Canadian porn scene to what is going on in LA, Miami, or Las Vegas. There simply is not enough infrastructure to support it— there’s nowhere to get industry-standard testing, no talent agencies, only a small handful of niche studios, and performers far and few between. I know some local performers, but nowhere near the volume in LA.”

I got a whiff of Jessica Starling’s excellent musical tastes when she posted about some bands on social media so I had to ask her what the ideal soundtrack to a porno would be. Her response was both practical and further revealing of her awesome ear for good music.

“In porn, the sounds I like hearing most are the sounds the performers are making, but I think subtle, ambient music could add to the experience. But offcamera, I love to have sex to grunge like Alice in Chains or black metal like Carpathian Forest.”
