For this study we proposed a new graphic method in which it is allowed to observe the quality of the evaluated grains based on a clock of 50 points, where each of the 10 parameter evaluated have the same weight. The qualities of the studied hybrids were negatively and strongly influenced by the heterogeneity of grain into the same sample. None of the evaluated samples obtained the maxima punctuation. The highest value was 39, for the sample 274 with a value that corresponds to 75.5% of the total possible points. The lower value was 26, for the sample 254 that represents 50% of the maximum value. The evaluated parameters for the Clock quality were: chemical proximate analysis; Physical attributes of the grain (weight, large, thickness), color; post-harvest conditions (insects, mushrooms, cracks, etc.); corn hardness; cooking time, mass yield, water uptake, pasting profiles. This methodology allows the evaluation of any corn grain obtained from the same variety, but in different locations. quality of maize, clock system, corn grain.
