n January 15, 2020 Project F.I.T. students here at North Miami Beach Senior High held a fashion show entitled “Lights! Camera! Action!” The purpose of the fashion show was to promote the school’s second hand clothing store, “The Second Chance Boutique.” The fashion show also showcased the wonderful Project F.I.T program. Parents, students and teachers were all invited to enjoy this beautiful show. For some, the show was rather emotional as we witnessed
these students break out of their shells and shine on stage. The job coaches helped with music and dressing backstage. Big shout out to Ms. Cecelia Hudson, the narrator of the show, who came up with the idea to introduce the second hand store to our school through the fashion show. Our jazz band and drama troupe 3206 performed to open the show and then Delesha Graham and Ashanti Marshall blew us away as the Masters of Ceremony, delivering an awesome performance.
