At North we brew beers that excite us: From refreshing, easy drinking blonde ales, to roasty dark porters for the cold winter months. We love nothing more than pulling up a bar stool for a pint of well kept, beautifully conditioned cask beer. Heritage Chevallier, Crystal, Munich, Amber Malt and Torrefied Wheat provide a fine crunchy biscuit and sweet marmalade base with a clear and rich amber hue. A blend of whole leaf Bullion, East Kent Goldings and UK Cascade allow for a strong bitter line to run through the whole drink and provide fine blackberry, honey flavour and clean pine aroma.

A blend of the choicest specialty malts and English Bullion hops creates a classic porter that is deep black in colour and full of roasty coffee, rich chocolate and chewy toffee flavour.

This is a laid back and sessionable pale ale made for no fuss drinking. A blend of pale malt, caramalt and wheat makes for a smooth and chewy body that leads to a crisp and satisfying bitterness and subtle fruit flavour from Cascade and Columbus hops.

Light, bright and laid back, Atlantis is a 4.1% soft and crushable pale ale. Made with American Mosaic and Citra hops and Australian Galaxy hops, Atlantis sings with vibrant zest, smooth stone fruit flavour and is rounded off with a satisfying bitter finish that keeps you coming back for more.

A hazy American pale ale that has balance at its core. A good malt presence, fermented using traditional english yeast and dry hopped with new world hops, Ekuanot, Columbus and Citra hops. Bold flavours of juicy honeydew melon, citrus grapefruit, ripe mango and a touch of lychee finish with crisp bitterness. The ingredients we use bind together to create an easy drinking pale ale that can be enjoyed by anyone at any time.
