NCRS NORTH CENTRAL CHAPTER Dave Murphy Editor 279 Lily Pond Lane Vadnais Heights, MN 55127

MAIL TO:

April to June 2017 EDITION

Happy Summer! Here are some of our chapter’s activities over the past few weeks – We held a tech session on April 22 at Rick Zierhut’s house working on Will Zierhut’s ’71 LS6. This car is just one of 188 manufactured, so it was an ideal car for everyone to work on. Bob Lund, with the help of about 19 of our club members, did a brake job on the car in about 41/2 hours. Later that day, our spring social dinner was held at Cowboy Jack’s in Woodbury, where 22 club members had an enjoyable evening. Several chapter members drove down to the Iowa Heartland regional judging meet May 4 – 6 in Newton, Iowa (suburb of Des Moines). Some of our chapter members were able to drive on the racing track there. What an exciting opportunity! We held our spring chapter judging event in River Falls, Wisc. May 20, which was hosted by Gilby’s Street Department. There were just two cars judged at this event because of space constraints – an all original ’54 and an all original ’82. A tech session was held at Jerome Lardy’s house in Eagan June 10. We worked on Jerome’s ’63 split window. The transmission was stuck between two gears and needed fixing and the shifter adjusted. We also worked on the steering hub to fix the blinkers. We held a judging school June 17 in Lakeville, which was hosted by Alden Miles. There were two C4s, both Regional NCRS Top Flight cars that were used for reviewing. Upcoming events – A second judging school is scheduled for August 26 at Tim DeAtley’s where we will see Tim’s ’69, ’78, ’80, and ’82. Join us for barbeque. Several of our chapter members are making plans to attend Corvettes of Carlisle Aug. 24 – 27 in Carlisle, Penn. Maybe you’d like to consider attending this year; it’s not too late to begin making those arrangements. This is the largest Corvette event in the world. If you’re interested, please contact Rick Zierhut or Bob Lund. We encourage you to come and join the fun! Please consider actively participating in our club events, specifically as a board member. If you have just a couple of hours a month or maybe more, we could really use your help. Don’t worry about any special skills that you may not have because we have lots of members happy to help. We’re currently looking for a new judging chairman, but we’re also looking for some help with tech sessions, activities, newsletters, as well as judging. Basically, we get together for a pizza meeting once a month for a couple of hours, then whatever time and activities you might sign up to get involved in. It’s really quite enjoyable and a great way to meet and get to know other club members. Please contact any of our board members if you’re interested, have questions, or are ready to help your chapter. Have a safe summer!

We had a very busy second quarter with ten new members having joined our chapter. This brings our membership up to 130. Welcome to all of our newest members and we hope to see you soon at one of our upcoming events. Curt Clampitt resides in Glasgow, MT and was in town for the World of Wheels (WOW) show. He said “It was great seeing yours and the other members’ cars. I live in remote Montana and do not get a chance to see C2 cars, let alone talk with the owners. So as you can see…it was a bit refreshing for me.” Jim Cole lives in Prior Lake, MN and has been an NCRS member for quite some time. Jim also signed up at the WOW show. Fred Diedrich hails from across the river in beautiful Pepin, WI. We persuaded him to join our chapter at the WOW show. Darrell Trowbridge lives in Shakopee, MN and we also met him at the WOW show. He is in the process of restoring his 1960 Corvette. Darrell stopped by our chapter judging meet in May and was able to meet several members and learn about the NCRS judging process. Greg Hedlund resides in Blaine, MN and was encouraged to join by Bob Lund. Greg owns a ’63 Coupe. Tom Durdahl lives in Eyota, MN and is the proud owner of a very nice ’72 LT1. We met Tom last year at our fall judging meet in Long Lake, MN and I reconnected with him at the Heartland Regional Meet in Iowa last May and invited him to join our chapter. Ken Devine is our second chapter member from Manitoba, Canada. Ken lives in Winnipeg and I met him at the Heartland Regional where he was having his black ’95 ZR1 judged. Ken also owns a ’71 LT1 and a ’15 Z06.

Jeff Geisler is from Coon Rapids, MN and is the proud owner of ’76 and ’81 Corvettes. Jeff saw our NCRS display at the Matt Saxe Chevrolet Corvette show and was encouraged to join. Jeffrey Winter resides in Plymouth, MN and Doug Jolstad persuaded him to join the NCRS and our chapter. Jeffrey owns a ’69 red convertible with a black interior and top. It is powered by a 427 big block motor. Mark Dixon first met us at the WOW show and was invited by Bob Lund to come to the tech session at my home. Mark lives in St Paul, MN and is the owner of a red ’65 convertible.

I want to thank all of our chapter members who help encourage other Corvette owners to join the NCRS and our chapter. I really do appreciate your efforts. By the time you read this article, I hope the updated membership list has been sent out. In the future, we will be using the membership list available from the NCRS instead of maintaining our own list. This will help reduce a lot of extra work at renewal time in recording dues paid. The one thing the NCRS membership list does not provide is the year of Corvette(s) that we own. I will see if that can be added as we implement this change.

I do see that there is a lot of incorrect information on the NCRS website (email addresses, phone numbers etc.) so if you have not already done so, please update your information so that our membership list will be as accurate as possible. My plan is provide another list in a month or two, once you have had time to verify your information. Please go to www.ncrs.org and hold your cursor over the Services link. You will see a drop down box. Click on the Change your Address, Email, Phone tab. This will take you to the Change Membership Details page where your revisions can be made. Then click on the Save box when you have finished. Thank you for your help. Jerome Lardy Membership Chairman

2017 Paragon Corvette Club Rewards Program The North Central Chapter NCRS is continuing its participation in the Paragon Club Rewards Program for 2017. Here’s how the program works. Each calendar year Paragon adds up the total value of all parts purchased by participating club members (excludes labor, restorations & used parts). The North Central Chapter will then receive 3% of that value in the form of either gift certificates or stocked Paragon items. The club would then use these gift certificates as giveaways/door prizes at club functions such as Tech and Judging sessions, and other chapter functions. This program does not affect any discounts you currently enjoy with Paragon. 2016 was a fantastic success. Paragon Corvette notified the Chapter that we earned $330.00 in reward dollars. We selected payment with eleven $30.00 gift certificates. We have already used some of these as door prizes at chapter events. More will be used throughout the year. Since the beginning of the year 7 more chapter members have signed up to be included in the program. That brings the total number of chapter participants to 29. To be added to the list of participating chapter members please send you name and Paragon Corvette customer number if you’ve purchased from Paragon Corvette in the past to Roger Carlson at rogerpcarlson@gmail.com. Don’t worry if you don’t know or can’t find your Paragon Corvette customer number, as Paragon will look it up for us. If you have any questions please email Roger. Let’s make 2017 another success.

What a Spring Social. It all began with just a few, then more and more showed up. Te parking lot was full for the Hockey Playoffs, and so it was hard to find a place to park. But in the end we had 27 people. Special thanks to everyone who could make it. It seems that every activity brings more people out to enjoy the Social part of our club. Thanks to Don O’Grady for organizing.

Heartland Regional Our chapter was well represented at the Heartland Regional in Newton, IA in the beginning of May. Several members made the trip down Interstate 35 to judge, tabulate, observe or have their Corvettes judged. The Iowa Speedway was a great venue for a regional due to the accommodations for the Corvettes, the trailer parking, but most importantly, the opportunity for cars to drive on the racetrack. We were right in the pit garages where the NASCAR teams would be. All the members who drove or rode along on the track had a fantastic time. There was a pace car (Camaro) that would go 75mph and a trail vehicle to keep anyone from dropping back too far. From what I heard as I spoke with other drivers, the top speeds obtained were between 80 – 120 mph. The track is only 7/8th of a mile so you don’t have very long straight-a-ways before you have to slow down for the turns. The C1’s –C3’s were slower in the turns than the C4’s –C7’s as would be expected due to tire widths and improved suspensions. This was probably a chance of a lifetime for most of us.

The Albaugh collection was offered as an activity and was located in Ankeny, IA. It was a fabulous collection of Corvettes and Chevrolets, most of which were convertibles. We were able to sign up two new members for our chapter that were having their Corvettes judged at this regional. Here is the list of our members and the awards they received. Merlin Benson 1962 Performance Verification Jim Keck 1970 Top Flight Tom Durdahl 1972 Top Flight Ken Devine 1995 Top Flight Jerome Lardy 1995 Top Flight The Heartland Chapter did a wonderful job hosting this regional and we would like to thank them for all their hard work. Jerome Lardy

April 22 at Rick Zierhut’s house.

On April 22, we had a really good turnout of about 20 chapter members who came to work on restoring the brakes on Will Zierhut’s 1971 LS6. Bob Lund broke the group down into four work teams: one team on each wheel. We replaced hoses or brake lines as needed and all new calipers and brake pads. Bob had one guy working with him on replacing the master cylinder. After four hours of work, the brake job on the LS6 was finished. Will extends a big thank-you to everyone who helped.

The North Central Chapter of NCRS is holding two Chapter Judging Meets in 2017. The first was held in Wisconsin at Gilby's Street Department in River Falls, WI. We were lucky enough to have the use of Gilby's indoor shop as the weather that day was quite wet. Two cars went through the Flight Judging system, a 1954 red convertible and a 1982 Silver Blue Metallic coupe. Also on display was a 1980 Silver Metallic coupe that had earned the prestigious NCRS Chevrolet Bowtie award, as well as a 2008 Black Convertible for Sportsman. The 1954 convertible has been one family owned for well over 50 years and was an absolute treat to see. The 1982 was an extremely low mile car and was just the way Bowling Green built it. The 1954 earned a Third Flight and the 1982 earned a Top Flight. The 1980 also checked the box on one of the requirements toward earning the 5th Star of the Bowtie Award. To learn more about the awards that NCRS offers, go to www.ncrs.org and click on the Services menu, and select Judging Awards. If you are interested in having your car Flight Judged, the registration for the second Chapter Meet is open right now. Go to www.northcentralncrs.com for more details.

June 10, 2017 at Jerome Lardy’s On June 10th, I hosted a tech session to work on my ’63 Coupe. We needed to fix two problems that arose while driving back from the World of Wheels car show at the Viking’s stadium in March. The first item was the turn signal lever which had stopped working. Bob Lund removed the steering wheel. We found there was a loose screw that holds the stalk in place and it would not tighten down. Applying Loctite Blue to the screw fixed that problem. We also found a plastic bushing that was not where it should be and had fallen down into the turn signal control assembly. This was put back into place and reassembled. The turn signal now blinks as intended. The second issue was that the shift linkage locked up in 2nd gear. We verified that the rods were not binding on each other and found that the bolts holding the linkage to the transmission were not snug. We tightened everything down and the linkage appeared to work properly. A road test will verify if that was the cause of the problem.

Thanks to Tim Wier for bringing his T-10 transmission which we were able to use as a teaching tool while explaining what was going on under the Corvette. I would also like to thank the 26 members who stopped by on a warm morning to help out. My neighbors enjoyed seeing the seven Corvettes parked up and down the street. Their favorites depended on the color. I would say Saddle Tan was the clear winner!!! Jerome Lardy

On June 17th, the North Central Chapter of NCRS hosted its first Judging School for 2017. We featured two Corvettes, a 1987 and a 1995. Both of these cars have achieved an NCRS Top Flight Award at a Regional Judging Event. We covered a variety of Judging topics, from Standard Deductions, to the 10% Rule, how to work through CDCIF, and how to handle deviations from the factory standard. If you are interested in learning more about the Judging Process, please reach out to Chris Enstrom.

August Chapter Judging Meet Registration is live! Contact Chris Enstrom if you have questions. See link below. https://www.ncrs.org/forums/register/eventsubscription.php Have your car judged, register your car as a Sportsman, sign up to be a judge or tabulator and receive a club cap.

April 6, 2017 Board Members Present: Rick Zierhut, Roger Carlson, Alden Miles, Nick Kornder, Jerome Lardy, Bob Lund, Don O’Grady, Paul Burski. Board Members Absent: Chris Enstrom, Dave Murphy, Will Zierhut Other Members Present: Joe Baumann, our newest member – Welcome! Meeting held at Old World Pizza in Inver Grove Heights. Rick called the meeting to order. • Meeting Minutes from the February 2, 2017 meeting were approved – Motion to approve by Paul Burski, seconded by Nick Kornder. • Vice President’s Report – Alden Miles reported on the

general membership meeting that was held Sat., Mar. 4. There were only 20 people in attendance that included 8 board members. The World of Wheels event that was held Mar. 17 – 19 at the U.S. Ban Stadium was a huge success. Our club was presented with an “Outstanding Display” award and was recognized with a nice plaque and $100. There were three club awards and we received one of the three. Jerome will be the “keeper” of the plaque and it will be on display at club events, especially where we want to recruit new members. • Treasurer's Report was presented by Roger Carlson. He has inquired with the bank about additional charges to our checking account and discovered that they are charging an extra $20 per month for pape statements and an extra $10 per month because we get copies of checks with our statements, which is $30 per month x 12 months for a total of $360 per year. He has canceled both of these bank services. We will still have a “paper trail” via electronic statements. We now have a total of 26 members participating in the Paragon program. Roger presented a financial recap of our annual dinner at Mancini’s las month. Club members paid $25 per person for 26 dinners. The total for food and $150 in gift certificates, came to approximately $1,100. The club subsidized approximately $17 per person. Roger also reported that he received a spam email supposedly from Rick Zierhut’s email (but not from Rick’s email address that Roger is familiar with) asking him to send money right away. He reported this incident to the national NCRS treasurer, who will report this scam to all club treasurers. • Judging Report – Our next judging event is scheduled for May 20. It is a special judging event hosted by Mark Swanson in Western Wiscon sin. Because of space constraints, this event is limited to just two cars: a ’54 all-original and an ’82 all-original. • Website Report – Nick Kornder reported that the Member of the Month has now up on the Chapter Facebook site. Nick has also updat ed Emeritus section of our site.

• Newsletter Report – No report. • Membership Report – Jerome Lardy reported that we have six new members since our last meeting: Joe Baumann, Curt Clampitt, Jim Cole, Fred Diedrich, Greg Hedlund and Darrell Trowbridge. Welcome to all our new members; we look forward to seeing them at upcoming chapter events. Five of the six new members joined at the World of Wheels event. This brings our membership up to 125 members. Eric Johnson, a long-time board member, passed away recently. The club will make a $50 donation in his name to the national NCRS Foundation, specifically for the scholarship fund. Jerome sent the Chapter Top Flight Award first quarter report to Bill Braun. The birthday list needs to be updated with new members. Jerome will work on getting something together for Nick to upload to our site. • Tech Report – Bob Lund reported that he is planning an informal Dyno tech session and will notify members as soon as that is scheduled. There will be a tech session held in Blaine on Apr. 22. As soon as those plans are finalized, a notification will be published. Bob reminded everyone about the Heartland regional judging event being held at the Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa (near Des Moines) May 4 – 6. Of special interest is the opportunity to tour the famed Dennis Albaugh collection. The collection, widely considered the best single Chevrolet automobile collection in the world, contains: • A Corvette from each year 1953 through the late 1970s • One of every convertible Chevrolet offered from early 1900s to late 1970s • A 1913 Chevrolet (the first year Chevrolet went into production) • A 1918 Chevrolet with the first V8 engine • Yenkos, SSs, and much more • Activities Report – Don O'Grady reminded everyone about the upcoming social event at Cowboy Jack’s in Woodbury at 5:00 p.m. on Sat., Apr. 22. Our club will again join our Wisconsin neighbors for a barbeque in Menomonie on Sat., Aug. 26. Don is looking for some good touring routes for our Fall Color Run in October. He’s looking for a Northerly route this year. • Member-at-Large Report – Paul Burski reported that the Member of the Month for April is Mike Koffler and May will be Mike Meirovitz. • Old Business – The board revisited the topic of where to hold our board meetings. There was discussion about possibly holding board meetings in member’s homes; also the possibility of using a conference room at Main Motor, which has expressed possible interest in sponsoring our club. No

decision was made on this topic. • New Business – Rick Zierhut reported that Main Motor in Anoka was interested in sponsoring our club. Alden Miles will join Rick in visiting the dealership and investigate the possibility. Don O’Grady reported that he has possession of “the tools” and Bob Lund said he has the list of tools. A suggestion was made that we publish the availability of these tools to club members who may need to use them and also to solicit additional tools from members who are no longer using their tools that could be added to this collection. Alden Miles reported that he is working with an automobile painter who is interested in learning to paint Corvettes. He is having him paint his Corvette and will report how that goes. He’s hoping this might be a good alternative to other painters who may be very busy. Bob Lund cautioned about using someone unfamiliar with painting Corvettes and issued a “buyer beware” warning. Board member positions – We all know that Mike Kittle is moving to Tennessee, which leaves a board vacancy, specifically for a secretary. Dave Murphy has expressed an interest in performing the secretarial duties, but doesn’t want to do both that and the newsletter. Nick Kornder has agreed to assemble the newsletter (next one is in July), if Dave will print and mail to the few members who do not receive it electronically. Rick will discuss with Dave when he comes back to Minnesota from his vacation. Rick asked if board members thought we should produce a quantity of baseball style caps that would be given out to all board members at club events, presented to new club members, and also be mailed to outstate members. Samples and pricing will be presented at next month’s board meeting. Everyone thought the cap should be embroidered with the NCRS crossed flags logo plus “North Central” on the front of the cap. A motion was made by Roger Carlson and seconded by Bob Lund to adjourn the meeting. May 11, 2017 Board Members Present: Rick Zierhut, Roger Carlson, Alden Miles, Jerome Lardy, Bob Lund, Don O’Grady, Chris Enstrom, Dave Murphy Board Members Absent: Nick Kornder , Will Zierhut , Paul Burski Other Members Present: Jeanne and Dave Cloutier Meeting held at Old World Pizza in Inver Grove Heights. Rick called the meeting to order. • Meeting Minutes from the April 6, 2017 meeting were approved – Motion to approve by Jerome Lardy, seconded by Roger Carlson. • Vice President’s Report – Alden Miles reported that he and Rick had tried to have a follow-up meeting with Main Motors and have not been successful. Alden will continue to try to get an answer before closing this discussion and moving onto other opportunities. The club will host a table at the 4th Annual Corvette and Classic car Roll-In at Matt Saxe Chevrolet in Belle Plaine, Mn

see you there. • Treasurer's Report - Roger Carlson reported that we have collected $175 for the upcoming Chapter Meet. Also, we have 29 members participating in Paragon Rewards, this is up four from last year. On May 4th, Roger moved the 2nd CD to Savings with one more to go. • Judging Report – Chris Enstrom reported that our upcoming Chapter Meet on May 20th will be at a new location. It is: Gilby’s Street Department 580 South Wasson Lane River Falls, WI 54022 We will have two cars to judge: a ’54 all-original and an ’82 all-original. With one Display car and three Sportsman entries. We are good on judges. We still need to decide on a Judging School theme, date and location. Concourse Judging is still being developed. It is only C2 at the moment. • Website Report – No Report. • Newsletter Report – Next Newsletter will be sent the end of June. All pictures and club news stories appreciated. • Membership Report – Jerome Lardy reported that we have two new members, Tom Durdahl and Ken Devine, who joined us at the Iowa Regional. Welcome to all our new members; we look forward to seeing them at upcoming chapter events. This brings our membership up to 127 members. • Tech Report – No Report • Activities Report – Don O'Grady reported we had 27 at Cowboy Jack’s in Woodbury on Sat., Apr. 22 for our Spring Social. Our club will again join our Wisconsin neighbors for a barbeque in Menomonie on Sat., Aug. 26. More details to follow. Don is looking for some good touring routes for our Fall Color Run October 7. He’s looking for a Northerly route this year. • Member-at-Large Report – No Report • Old Business –Rick revisited the question that he brought up last month, namely, should we produce a quantity of baseball style caps that would be given out to all chapter members at club events, presented to new club members, and also be mailed to outstate members. Samples and pricing were shared and discussion went to what does NCRS sell their hats at and what kind of style did we want with chapter logo, but no decision was made. Later it was noted that there may have been confusion about selling versus giving. This will need to be re-discussed at the next meeting. The board revisited the topic of where to hold our board meetings. The board decided to hold the June 1 meeting at Don O’Grady’s, 3770 South Hills Ct Eagan MN 55123, starting at 6:30pm. Don O’Grady reported last month that he has possession of

“the tools” and it was clarified this month that no list exists. It was decided that a list will be prepared by Dave Murphy at Don’s house when we have our next meeting there on June 1. Then we can add any other tools that members may have or may want to donate. The final list can be published on our website. • New Business – Bob Lund opened the discussion on our Chapter hosting a Regional and what were the opportune times to do this. Bob began by sharing with us where the next Nationals would be held. For instance this year is San Antonio, Texas. In 2018 it will be Las Vegas, NV. In 2019 it is South Carolina. In 2020 the discussion is to have the National in the Midwest. Aligned to the Nationals are the Spring Regionals. With that thought in mind, it maybe an opportunity for us to consider a Regional in 2020. Our own Bill Braun has been supportive and is aware of our concerns of another Chapter pre-empting our Regional as happened in 2016 that resulted in a reduced turnout. There will be more discussion on this topic. Reminder to all that we are looking for new Board Members. As of this moment, our Judging Chair, Chris Enstrom will be stepping down at the end of this year and we are looking for someone to work with him now so that we can make a seamless transition. We also need help in other parts of the team including judging, tech sessions, activities, newsletters, etc. The hours are short and enjoyable and a great way to meet other Club members and get involved in this great hobby. Please note that if you are thinking of going to the NCRS National Convention in San Antonio from July 9-13, the sign up registration must be received by June 1. The July Board meeting will not be held due to the July 4th weekend and National Convention on both ends of the normal board meeting date. A motion was made by David Murphy and seconded by Bob Lund to adjourn the meeting.

June 1, 2017 Board Members Present: Rick Zierhut, Roger Carlson, Alden Miles, Jerome Lardy, Bob Lund, Don O’Grady, Chris Enstrom, Dave Murphy, Paul Burski Board Members Absent: Nick Kornder , Will Zierhut , Meeting held at Old World Pizza in Inver Grove Heights. Bob Lund. • Vice President’s Report –The club hosted a table at the 4th Annual Corvette and Classic car Roll-In at Matt Saxe Chevrolet in Belle Plaine, Mn on May 18. We signed up a new member. Alden Miles reported that the discussion with Main Motors to be a chapter host is going nowhere. • Treasurer's Report - Roger Carlson reported that the 3rd CD will come due in July and will be moved over to the Chapter Savings Account. • Judging Report – Chris Enstrom reported that we had a good chapter meet on May 20th at Gilby’s Street Department in River Falls. The owner was delighted and welcomes us back. Two cars were judged: a ’54 all-original received 3rd flight and an ’82 all-original received top flight. With one 4 star 1980 car from Milwaukee as a Display and one Sportsman. We will have two Judging Schools this year. The first is targeted for June 17 at Alden’s garage. The second will be on Aug 26 at our BBQ at Tim DeAtleys where we will see Tim’s 69,78,80 and 82. Reminder that Registration is open for our August Chapter Judging Meet. Chris is looking to step down from Judging Chair and recommended it be divided into two parts, Digital and Analog. The Digital is all the upfront registration and preparation and the Analog is the events themselves. Chris recommended Nick Kornder for the Digital and Dave Cloutier for the Analog. Chris will speak with Nick and Alden will speak with Dave. • Website Report – Everything is updated. • Newsletter Report – Next Newsletter will be sent the end of June. All pictures and club news stories appreciated.  Membership Report – Jerome Lardy reported that we have two new members: Jeff Geisler and Jeffrey Winter. This brings our membership up to 129. Jerome is working on a new list for members. • Tech Report – Next Tech Session will be June 10th at Jerome Lardys. An email will be sent. • Activities Report – Don O'Grady reported he is preparing the details of the BBQ on Aug 26. It will be a 10 am meeting in Hudson to arrive at Tim DeAtleys for a noon lunch followed by a Judging school. It is anticipated we will meet with Tim’s Corvette Club. Don is looking for some good touring routes for our Fall Color Run October 7. He’s looking for a Northerly route this year. • Member-at-Large Report – Dale Anderson is member of the Month. • Old Business –Rick revisited the question that he brought up last month, namely, should we produce a quantity of baseball style caps that would be given out to chapter members. One hat was selected and a motion was made by Dave Murphy and augmented by Roger Carlson to give a hat to all participating club members who are actively en-

gaged at the Chapter August Judging Meet in August 2017 as well as to participating members at future judging, tech and tour chapter events. It was seconded by Bob Lund and approved by all. The hats will also be sold outside of this event to Chapter members for $15. Any shipping requested will be added on to the price. The Membership Chair will keep track of who gets the free hats so that we don’t duplicate. Don O’Grady brought the list of chapter tools that are stored at his house. The list was augmented from other Board members and will be placed on our website. • New Business –Roger brought up the Annual Donation and ideas were shared. This will be discussed at the Aug 3rd Board Meeting. The July Board meeting will not be held due to the July 4th weekend and National Convention on both ends of the normal board meeting date. A motion was made by Roger Carlson and seconded by Paul Burski to adjourn the meeting.
