My name is Michelle Cooper and I am the proud owner and one of the teachers at CDA Power Yoga, a yoga studio, activewear and wellness shop, and most importantly, a growing and amazing community of some of the best people here in Coeur d’Alene. My passion lies in serving and empowering others through yoga, building an uplifting and inspiring community, helping people to grow both physically and mentally, and creating a culture of possibility, mindfulness, gratitude, and service. I opened the studio in 2018 to provide a space for health, wellness, healing, growth, and connection. My team and I are dedicated to the wellbeing and safety of everyone who walks through our doors, along with providing a fun, encouraging, and clean atmosphere. With decades of combined experience and countless certifications, qualifications, and training, the teachers of CDA Power Yoga provide tools and practices for clients to 24 march • april 2021

Yoga encourages more presence and intention, while pursuing a higher sense of self. We specialize in FUN and energetic heated Power Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mellow Flows, Workshops and Inversion playdates, private sessions, and special events. During the summer months, we also offer Paddle Board Yoga and Yoga Cruises through the Coeur d’Alene Resort. My husband, Kyle, and I both served in the military and as law enforcement in Oregon, before finding our home in North Idaho. We know, through experience, the positive impact yoga can have and we believe, wholeheartedly, that the work people do on their mat can cultivate a life of strength, possibility, and purpose.
