C O M M E N T

With this being the Spring / Summer issue, it feels like the perfect time to look at the renaissance of yachting. In 1949, Northrop & Johnson was founded as a standard-setting boutique brokerage where our personalized touch earned us notoriety as The Gentlemen’s Brokerage. Today, we continue to take pride in offering our clients a first-class, personalized experience in the rapidly evolving global yacht market. Technological advancements of the last twenty years have transformed every aspect of this industry. In the relative blink of an eye, we went from Island Time to Real-Time. Though your yacht is your private, globe-trotting oasis, it is also a substantial investment with a lot of dynamic components. Where once a boutique service was our standard, today’s yachting venture has so many moving parts that broad access to expert information and ideas are essential to a seamless yacht ownership experience. Recent consolidation with former competitors has created a collaborative dexterity where shared knowledge among specialized teams is easily likened to the difference between analog service and high-speed digital. Though large amounts of inventory information can be accessed through readily available online systems, those tools only provide about fifteen percent of the market intelligence and data our company uses. It is the interpersonal information gathered by our diversely specialized experts across the globe, combined with our proprietary tech systems, that keep our fingers firmly on the pulse of the market. These are exciting times, and we at Northrop & Johnson are continuing to set the standard for the highest level of customer care out there. While some brokerages have resisted consolidation, we have learned that where there is teamwork and collaboration, great things can be achieved. This has been a ground-breaking year for us at Northrop & Johnson and we only see our efficiency getting stronger by the day. Join us in the pages ahead and prepare yourself for the ultimate adventure. In this issue of Navigator, we take time to visit with yachting industry professionals who are proactive with NonGovernmental Organizations that are taking bold initiatives to study and protect the fragile marine environment and to better the communities we frequent as world travelers. We look at exotic personal submersibles that enable us to explore the depths below as well as pioneering companies that promise to literally take us out of this world. A little closer to home, we’ll saddle up with a few premier-class Rocky Mountain resorts before heading back out into the open ocean to consider exotic cruising destinations well off the familiar path. WAV E S OF CHANGE N A V I G A T O R

K N O W S

Increasingly, initiatives for preserving our planet are focusing on our ocean. Navigator talks to several leading Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) worldwide, each working to turn the tide and preserve the world’s greatest and arguably most important habitat for future generations WORDS MIRIAM CAIN

K E E L L I F E N A V I G A T O R K N O W S

The current state of our ocean has been described as “the largest solvable problem on the planet,” and with organizations all over the world dedicated to combatting the various issues, the future looks increasingly optimistic. Whether conducting scientific studies, campaigning for change or simply creating protected marine areas, the following organizations have their own approach in the fight to keep our ocean healthy. Whether you prefer one approach over another, it’s time for everyone to do their part in ocean conservation, so which is right for you?

THE EXPERTS

B Clare Brook CEO, The Blue Marine Foundation The Blue Marine Foundation works globally to combat and find solutions to the biggest threat to the ocean: the destruction of marine life. bluemarinefoundation.com

In your view, what is the most pressing issue facing our ocean, both immediately and in the longer term? B Biodiversity and climate are inextricably linked in the ocean; it is the complex web of life that enables the ocean to absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen. Yet through the mass extraction of marine life and mass destruction of habitats, we are systematically stripping the ocean of the very life that regulates our climate and provides every second breath.

S Shelley Brown Director, Sailors for the Sea Sailors for the Sea, powered by Oceana, is the world’s leading ocean conservation organization that engages, educates and activates the sailing and boating community toward restoring ocean health. sailorsforthesea.org

S The ocean is one of the most effective buffers against climate change, but as more carbon is absorbed by the ocean, it becomes acidic, reducing the capacity for absorbing fossil fuel emissions. Y Climate change presents the greatest threat to ocean health. It is making the ocean hotter, promoting acidification and reducing dissolved oxygen levels.

K N O W S

There are many organizations advocating for ocean conservation. What makes yours different? B Blue Marine works to achieve genuine, lasting impacts and apply a range of different solutions to any problem, be they political, scientific, financial, investigative, legal or by using innovative media. Sailors for the Sea empowers individuals to make an immediate positive impact with three programs – the Green Boating Initiative, Clean Regattas and Kids Environmental Lesson Plans (KELP) – and invites everyone to be part of Oceana’s international movement to win policy victories that will restore ocean abundance and biodiversity. S

Y At YachtAid Global we focus on the unified approach to ocean conservation: integrating humanitarian and conservation elements.

What more do you believe that the yachting industry should be doing to promote ocean health? B The yachting sector must urgently address its use of fossil fuels by switching to fuel cells and sustainable sources of power such as wind and solar. Sustainable power at sea would also address the relatively unpublicized issue of ocean noise.

S The industry can be a strong voice supporting policies that will restore ocean health, such as reducing the production of throwaway plastics, stopping the expansion of offshore drilling and protecting marine habitat and endangered marine life. I Along with following SeaKeepers’ Green Guide to Boating, yacht owners can participate in Scientist-led Expeditions, wherein their yacht can act as a research vessel to get scientists out on the water to conduct field research. Owners and crew can also join citizen science initiatives and collect much-needed data during their usual cruising itineraries, with no science professionals on board.

Can yachting ever really be sustainable? I In time, the industry will no doubt be able to develop viable alternatives to diesel engines. Whereas electric cars were far and few between a decade ago, a number of shipyards are beginning to head in the same direction. Propulsion systems, fuel efficiency, and emissions are only one facet of sustainable yachting. Proper waste management, the elimination of single-use plastics, better antifouling methods, and safe anchoring are just a few examples of how yachting can be more sustainable.

Photo Arushadh Ahmed B All yachts must avoid anchoring on sensitive habitats such as coral reefs and seagrass. Seagrass absorbs carbon dioxide 35 times faster than rainforests, but careless anchoring rips up these ancient seagrass meadows by the roots. Y Yes, but only with a very deliberate and focused action that encompasses the entire lifecycle of a yacht – with greater emphasis on yacht operations than currently performed.

How can yacht owners and charterers be an ally in your work? I Owners and charterers play a very important role in SeaKeepers’ DISCOVERY Yacht Program. From hosting scientists onboard to facilitating floating classrooms to participating in beach and dive clean-ups, there are a multitude of ways in which owners and charterers can support SeaKeepers. Y Yacht owners are in a unique position to set focus and vision for their yachting program, emphasizing corporate social responsibility which empowers yacht captains and crews to participate in our programs. Charterers should consider joining local initiatives that contribute toward the communities in which they are cruising.

K N O W S

K E E L L I F E N A V I G A T O R K N O W S

How can we as individuals contribute to sustaining and protecting our ocean? B Every individual has power as a voter and campaigner for protective environmental policies. We also have choices as consumers, from choosing sustainably caught local fish or invasive species like lionfish to eating farmed mussels that regenerate biodiversity. S As individuals we can use our powerful voices to help advance local and national policies that will protect our ocean, including supporting the elimination of single-use plastics, preventing the expansion of offshore drilling, stopping bottom trawling and protecting fragile marine ecosystems. We can also use our consumer power to support companies that care about their environmental impact. I Individual action is the key. No one entity can fix the issues facing the ocean. Only by everyone taking individual actions towards sustainability will we ever succeed.

Looking ahead, what do you hope to achieve over the next 12 months? B Further development of our cutting-edge divisions of Blue Marine, which include BLUE Carbon, BLUE Economics, BLUE Investigations and BLUE Legal. S Along with expanding our Skippers program, we are focusing on helping sailing centers and yacht clubs become plastic-free zones. I A major goal is to be a big part of the Seabed 2030 initiative, by utilizing our DISCOVERY Yacht fleet to map as much of the Seabed, or seafloor, as possible. By connecting a small device no bigger than a cell phone, a yacht or vessel can log the data that is collected when using a depth finder. Y Each year we stand ready to engage in times of severe disasters that strike remote coastal communities.

3 1

What has been the biggest breakthrough in ocean conservation that you have witnessed in recent years? B The creation of vast marine protected areas has been a major breakthrough. Although only 7.8% of the world’s ocean is protected, this is a huge increase from less than 1% a decade ago. Proving the financial viability of protecting a marine area versus opening it to industrial fishing vessels has been of paramount importance. Another major breakthrough is the ongoing discovery of carbon stored in the seabed. When fully quantified, this will change the nature of how we value ocean biodiversity and will make destructive fishing methods not only unacceptable from a scientific point of view, but economically unviable. I From a purely scientific standpoint, eDNA (environmental DNA) has been a game-changer. While there are many tried and true methods for detecting marine life, both big and small, eDNA can identify species that have passed through the area by the residual DNA left behind in a water sample.

Is there one person in the yachting arena who you would like to highlight? B Peter Lürssen has been a visionary supporter of ocean conservation. We hope the whole sector follows his lead and generously supports the creation of huge marine protected areas. S Through several circumnavigations, professional sailor Dee Caffari has witnessed the human impact on the ocean firsthand. During the 2017-2018 Volvo Ocean Race, Dee led the “Turn the Tide on Plastic” team that focused on increasing awareness about plastic pollution. I SeaKeepers has worked with so many extraordinary people, both owners and crew, in the yachting arena that it’s impossible to highlight only one person that has made a difference in our mission.

K E E L L I F E I N F O C U S

The highly sought-after charter yacht MIRABELLA was built by Trinity Yachts with interior design by Scott Carpenter. Delivered in 2004 and substantially refit in 2018, every inch of this 157' (47.9m) vessel exhibits fine detailing and exceptional craftsmanship. Boasting many unique features, including plenty of shaded and open lounging areas, a large swim platform, and sundeck with a Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads, MIRABELLA offers every guest the ultimate charter experience. MIRABELLA welcomes up to 12 guests in five wellappointed staterooms. Whether chartering with a group of friends or family, as soon as you step on board you will be blown away by her three decks of unadulterated luxury. Settle into the main-deck master suite while fellow guests are shown to their very own comfortable rooms, which include three double staterooms and a twin-bed stateroom on the lower deck.

02

03

Once acclimated, guests will most likely be keen to head straight into the water, whether in the sundeck Jacuzzi or directly into the ocean from the swim platform or, even better, via the inflatable slide. Those on the sundeck can soak up some rays on the sunpads or sit back and relax in the shaded lounging area, enjoying refreshing drinks from the sit-up bar. It won’t be long before you are tempted into the water yourself by the plethora of water toys the crew set up for a morning of fun. Lunch on board is generally a communal alfresco affair and served buffet-style on the upper aft deck. While you enjoy a leisurely meal prepared by MIRABELLA’s talented chef, the crew can set up the skylounge or main salon for an afternoon movie with the children. Once the sun’s heat begins to wane, step out on deck for more relaxation, or perhaps head ashore in the 37' Intrepid tender to explore your surroundings. The crew on MIRABELLA is well-known for their exemplary service, so why not ask them to set up a treasure hunt on the beach to keep the children entertained while the rest of the charter party enjoy sundowners. Back on board, the frivolity continues with drinks on the sundeck before dinner. If the weather isn’t agreeable, the formal dining area on MIRABELLA located on the yacht’s main deck offers stunning views through large windows, allowing guests to appreciate their surroundings from an alternate vantage point. After a sumptuous dinner, retire to the skylounge for a drink at the bar and a game of cards, or simply sit back with your friends and family and recap your amazing day while anticipating the exciting experiences to come in the days ahead.

Is space travel really accessible to civilians? Navigator takes a look at the three leading space tourism operators paving the way for the ultimate bucket list adventure for mankind WORDS MIKE ESPINDLE

L U X L I F E C U L T U R E S P Y

5 7

While actor William Shatner and TV personality Michael Strahan are among the first and most recent notable “civilians” to travel to space and return, those with the gumption and funds are lining up for what many consider to be the ultimate bucket list bragging rights. Given the differences, goals and experiences of the three leading space tourism operators and their visionary founders, you might want to consider multiple checkboxes to tick. Before you start mixing your Tang, the leading civilians-in-space programs offer varying experiences, but any potential space cadet should consider these three factors as they get involved. Cost Of course, the cost is the first question anyone would ask, but perhaps the most difficult to nail down, as there are multiple potential missions each operator can – or plan to – make available to the public. Virgin Galactic’s core suborbital offerings start at $450,000 per ticket, Blue Origin auctions tickets on their flights (and have reported $100 million in sales), and SpaceX’s very robust planned mission to the International Space Station is reported to have garnered $55 million for each of three advance public tickets. Training Again, depending on the mission you want to go along with, the training involved can vary. Blue Origin claims they can train passengers in just two days for suborbital flights; Virgin Galactic lists three days of passenger preparation at its Spaceport America facility in New Mexico. SpaceX’s recent civilian mission for Earth orbit required an intensive 5-month training period.

01

Waiting Lists Virgin Galactic is the only operator reviewed that has shared a waiting list (600 people). But, by and large, barring any jockeying and reselling of tickets already in the pipeline, you’re looking at 2024 or 2025 for the next public opportunities. 01 The view of the SpaceX Dragon seen from from the ISS 02 Blue Origin New Shepard mssion profile 02

Elon Musk’s Disruptor Like its iconoclastic founder, SpaceX has big plans. The operation doesn’t necessarily want to stop with some fun space tourism; it wants to essentially become NASA’s private sector arm and shuttle satellites and cargo up and back into space as well as providing access to select missions to the paying public. There are plans afoot for suborbital flights as well as orbital flights around the Earth and Moon, flights to the International Space Station (ISS), even plans for Mars. As such, SpaceX is developing multiple spacecraft, including the seven-person Dragon spacecraft, which has 32 successful launches and 28 trips to the International Space Station under its belt. In 2021, four civilians joined a three-day orbital flight around the Earth at an altitude of 363 miles. In deep space, SpaceX vehicles have traveled at hypersonic speeds up to 24,600 mph. Pricing varies on the mission, tickets for the upcoming voyage to the ISS reportedly sold for $55 million each; total flight time is variable depending on the mission; wait list is undisclosed. spacex.com

Blue Origin Jeff Bezos’ Blue Moon As one of three passengers riding aboard Blue Origin’s reusable New Shepard spacecraft along with the three professional crewmembers, you’ll get a more cinematically-expected taste of space travel. You blast off in a two-stage rocket from a gantry at Blue Origin’s headquarters outside of El Paso, Texas. The coneshaped New Shepard rides on top of a powerful booster rocket that generates the significant thrust to propel the craft into space (at speeds over 2,200 mph). The booster rocket is designed to detach from the capsule as it continues its journey to 66 miles up. Vistas, weightlessness...you get the drill. Enjoy it all before New Shepard succumbs to gravity’s force and heads back to Earth, slowed by three deployed parachutes for a soft landing at 15 mph. Blue Origin is working on multiple new vehicles as well, including a Blue Moon Lunar Lander, which hints at the far-reaching intentions of the famously cards-close-to-the-chest Jeff Bezos. Tickets are auctioned, one reported bid was $28 million; total flight time: 11 minutes; wait list is unreported but described as sizeable. blueorigin.com 03 Dragon spacecraft of the private American company SpaceX in space 04 Blue Origin, take-off and landing 05 Unity gliding home after it suborbital flight

Virgin Galactic Brought to you by Richard Branson From its facilities in New Mexico, Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic operation brings passengers into suborbital flight and back in a unique fashion, which extends the overall length of the mission, start-to-finish. The new SpaceShipTwo craft, dubbed Unity, rides on the underbelly of the White Knight Two “mothership” aircraft. The combo takes off from a runway, like a traditional airplane, until reaching 50,000 feet (about 9.4 miles). At this point, the Unity spacecraft detaches from the mothership and its rocket makes a 70-second burn, hyperjumping the speed to 2,500 mph. The rocket thrust is cut, and passengers are essentially aboard a projectile that pierces the veil of Earth’s atmosphere, rising to 328,000 feet, which is just over 62 miles. (Anything over 50 miles earns you your astronaut wings, according to NASA, and the so-called Kármán line, a more international definition of where space begins, is at 62 miles). You will experience unmatched planetary vistas from the darkness of space, as well a period of weightlessness on the voyage. The Unity spacecraft re-enters the Earth’s atmosphere and lands on its own, like NASA’s Space Shuttle. The craft’s rudders are minimized for re-entry and then extended at 70,000 feet (about 13 miles) for a smooth-glide landing on Virgin Galactic’s runway. Prices start at $450,000; total flight time: 2-3 hours (approximately 15 minutes of suborbital space flight); 600-person wait list. virgingalactic.com

01 Rivian R1S SUV Prices from $70,000 The pivot from a ground-breaking all-electric pick-up to an all-electric SUV seems like a natural progression for Irvine, California-based maker Rivian, and the R1S is slated for release sometime this year. But, Rivian has begun taking pre-order deposits on the full-size SUV for as little as $1,000. The large, beefy battery will provide an estimated 316-mile range (slightly more than the R1T truck’s current 314-mile range) and enough performance and torque to handle even the most challenging off-road scenarios: water-fording, rock crawls, handling rough terrain with 14.9-inch clearance, you name it. And, with an electrified auto’s signature quickness out of the gate that delivers a 0-to-60mph in about 3 seconds, you’ll enjoy some decidedly sporty handling. A $10,000 max battery pack option, which ups the range to 400-plus miles, is planned for 2023. rivian.com

02 Rolls-Royce Spectre Prices estimated to start at $300,00 As a stately, traditional luxury car builder, you’d expect Rolls-Royce to be last in line for aggressive electrification. But the company recently committed to electrifying its entire lineup by the end of the decade and has shared some plans for its first all-electric model, the Spectre, which will hit in 2023. Spectre details are still bubbling to the surface, but by all indications, it will be a two-door coupe and will be based on the modular architecture of the existing Phantom, Cullinan, and Ghost models. While these deliberately obfuscating concept pictures only hint at the styling, the Spectre looks to be leaning into the sportier side of Rolls-Royce (think the existing Wraith). Company executives have confirmed that the ultimate electrical powertrain used will have to match up with the legendary, wafting, ample available power of the company’s V-12 models. Earlier electric concepts from Rolls-Royce projected a 124-mile range, but battery technology is ever-evolving, and the 2023 Spectre is expected to compete ably on that front. rolls-roycemotorcars.com

This range efficiency is partially created by aerodynamic design and new lightweight materials, but, it is a “concept” car, and is banking on ongoing advances in battery technology to make that mark. In the meantime, MB’s current top all-electric vehicle is the EQS450+ sedan that wraps a 245kW, 329hp, 417lb-ft torque PSM electrical power plant that provides a 350-mile range into a decidedly elegant S Class-worthy driving experience with all the interior luxury you’d expect. mbusa.com

04 Porsche Taycan GTS Turismo Prices from $133,300 For many performance-driving fans, the debut of Porsche’s Taycan all-electric sports sedan in 2019 presented one of the first compelling cases for switching to alternative power. The German automaker set a very high bar and with the new GTS Turismo, which presents the appeal of the Taycan in a roomier “shooting brake” format, they are aiming even higher. While the range for the GTS Turismo is still unannounced (the core Taycan sedan provides a 225-mile range that can be squeezed to 282 miles with an optional performance battery), this screamer’s hatchback and 15.7 cubic feet of rear storage with the rear seats down makes it decidedly practical. Its handling, performance and quick hyperjump from 0 to 60mph makes it decidedly Porsche. porsche.com

05 Fisker Ocean Prices from $68,000 Fisker started its life as a bespoke “coachbuilder” operation under the guidance of automotive icon Henrik Fisker, but it was also a very early-in producer of a particularly sporty all-electric roadster, the Karma, which debuted way back in 2011. The Karma’s battery supplier went belly-up, but the firm has quickly pivoted to the upcoming Ocean SUV, a production-intent concept. Plans are to commence production later this year at the Magna-Steyr carbon-neutral factory in Austria for 2023 deliveries. In addition to an allelectric power plant, premium models of the Ocean will feature a unique SolarSky panel roof that can add between 1,500 and 2,000 miles a year to the estimated 250 to 350-mile range (depending on the model). The entry-level Ocean has a single electric motor, is only two-wheel-drive, does not include the solar panel roof, and provides the lower end of the range spectrum. But the first 5,000 versions will be titled Fisker Ocean One and will feature sport dual electric power plants, four-wheel-drive and extended off-road capability, the SolarSky roof, and the highest range numbers. That’s the one to keep your eyes on, and Fisker is offering reserve deposits of $250 dollars via its website. fiskerinc.com

legacy LOUIS XIII

Master the art of tradition and innovation with Louis XIII Cognac. WORDS MIRIAM CAIN

L U X L O U I S

L I F E X I I I

Louis XIII Cognac traces its roots to 1874 when this legendary spirit was first created by Paul-Emile Rémy Martin. Since then, the brand has mastered the art of combining tradition with visionary innovation through each Cellar Master. To become a Louis XIII Cellar Master is to understand the true meaning of collaboration and patience, and no one knows this better than Baptiste Loiseau, the current and 7th generation of Cellar Masters. Drawing on knowledge handed down by generations of Louis XIII experts, Baptiste has the privilege of working with the finest eaux-de-vie that his predecessors laid down decades ago, just as he is now setting aside the very best eauxde-vie produced by today’s Grande Champagne successors. How do you feel when tasting Louis XIII? For me, when I am tasting Louis XIII I am immediately transported to my grandmother’s kitchen and sharing simple culinary delights. It evokes the floral notes of dried rose petals and the sweetness of jam being made in a big copper. I am always touched when others recall such vivid memories, often with deep emotion. This is the magic of Louis XIII, a moment shared around an exceptional cognac that frees our memories. What is your relationship to the Grande Champagne terroir? I was born and raised here, just a few miles from the House of Louis XIII. The picturesque landscape of hills and valleys, low stone walls and rows of vines is also a land of contrasts where the dark grey earth is juxtaposed against the chalky limestone walls that dazzle in the sunlight. When you are in the André Hériard Dubreuil Cellar, with its cool penumbra and scents of soil and undergrowth, and you come out into the fresh sunshine, the contrast is striking. How do you prepare yourself to compose the Louis XIII blend? The initial preparation came from Pierrette Trichet, the Cellar Master who passed down to me the knowledge and savoir-faire she, in turn, had received. Then comes a profound knowledge of all the precious eaux-de-vie we hold in our cellars to recreate this complexity. It’s a mixture of science, of course, but also intuition – you have to let yourself go and let Louis XIII lead the way. Is the notion of letting go key to your view of the Louis XIII experience? Yes, when you taste Louis XIII, the imagination is let loose to explore its rich territories. There is no set way to experience it. It’s sharing the moment that matters most and letting the words and feelings flow. 01 The current and 7th generation of Cellar Masters, Baptiste Loiseau 02 Working with the finest eaux-de-vie laid down over the decades

While cruising the Cyclades, drop anchor and tender ashore to The Rooster Wellness and Lifestyle Resort on the tiny island of Antiparos. Despite its star-studded inhabitants, the island has a low-key vibe. With low-slung hills and shallow coves, along with a tiny port town, it is laid-back and unspoiled compared to its lively neighbor Paros. Located on the island’s undeveloped west coast, The Rooster is the latest addition to the island’s boutique hotel and culinary scene. Surrounded by nothing but nature, a bambooframed path leads waterborne guests from Livadia Bay to the unmistakably Cycladic property nestled within landscaped gardens. Head ashore for lunch at The Restaurant with stunning sea views over the bay and your yacht anchored below. Alternatively, enjoy early evening cocktails at the open-air bar-lounge (sunsets are sensational) before dinner in The Secret Garden. Savor Chef Andreas Nikolakopoulos’ celebration of seasonal, homegrown ingredients in traditional and regional recipes – think fruits and vegetables picked straight from the organic farm – and fresh fish brought daily by the island’s fishermen. As the great author John Steinbeck said, “A journey is a person in itself; no two are alike. And all plans, safeguards, policies and coercion are fruitless. We find after years of struggle that we do not take a trip; a trip takes us.” Today’s strong desire to explore re-gained freedoms – perhaps venturing to the otherworldly landscapes and mythical coastlines of the Norwegian Fjords, for example – remains tempered by the wish to travel within a safe family bubble. Yachts provide an ideal solution to this conundrum, offering the opportunity to travel while mitigating health risks. So, throw off the bowlines and consider these bucket list adventures.

Montana Comprising countless acres of vast, spectacular wilderness, Montana provides an unparalleled playground for adventures.

01

1 The Ranch at Rock Creek One of the finest ranches in the US, the Ranch at Rock Creek combines adventure and luxury seamlessly at its stunning location in Granite County under the John Long Mountains. With 6,000 acres and more than 50 horses, this is the place to don your cowboy hat and ride out into the sunset. But riding is just one of countless activities on offer. Rock Creek is a haven for trout, and the fly fishing is some of the best in the country. Back at the ranch, try your hand at skeet shooting at the pistol range, head to the spa, go ten-pin bowling, watch a movie or brave the outdoor swimming pool. Rest assured, after so much activity, a deep slumber awaits in one of three types of luxury accommodations, including luxury tented cabins on the Creek itself.

Don’t miss For the ultimate Western cowboy experience, watch the professionals as they ride broncos and steers at The Ranch’s own Camp Roosevelt Arena (June – August).
