Sunrise Flow Yoga (Face to Face) An energetic wake me, shake me flow of yoga postures arranged in an intelligent sequence, transitioning from one to the next, steadily building intensity, creating strength and flexibility, and quieting the mind. Learn to use the breath to maximize your potential on all levels. This class is for continuing yoga students and wellconditioned, athletic individuals. If necessary, class will meet virtually. Kundalini Yoga Fire Series (Face to Face) Through a series of dynamic movements, you will gradually raise your Kundalini energy and internal heat to release body tension, clear your mind, and provide an overall feeling of strength, flexibility, and resiliency. The series is powerful but not extreme and can be performed by anyone in good physical condition. If necessary, class will meet virtually. The next level after Yoga: Beginning and Beyond, builds strength and provides motivation for your own personal practice. Be guided in ways that break the circle of stress, balancing the body’s energy flow with holding poses and vinyasa. This is a rigorous practice, building inner fire while developing flexibility and endurance, including sun/moon salutations, inversions and advanced asana. Pranayama, meditation and deeper studies are a part of all intermediate classes. Teaching is progressive. All students enrolling in this class should have a strong foundation of yoga fundamentals and be physically fit. If necessary, class will meet virtually. Yoga for Arthritis and Stiff Bodies (Face to Face)

Come learn easy, helpful techniques of yoga for arthritis and general stiffness. Aside from being helpful for those suffering from arthritis, those who are very stiff from athletics, constant travel, repetitive motion on the job, and high stress can benefit from this special therapeutic class. Appropriate for beginning students and those who have taken yoga before. Wear comfortable clothing. If necessary, class will meet virtually. Fitness Conditioning (Face to Face) Condition your entire body by using a variety of modalities like Pilates, yoga, strength training and cardio. By using lots of different types of exercises that incorporate flexibility, strength and resistance, you will build strength, agility and power. Each hour-long class will challenge your mind and body, since no two classes are the same. Low impact modifications will be given when necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and proper athletic shoes.
