ometimes it happens to face days with a sense of exhaustion ... It will be work, it will be the routine of daily life, it will be the oppressive and incessant heat of this summer 2022 ... You return home at the end of the day, with the tiredness that rises. You think you need a supplement,an energy drink,or somethingthat will give you relief. But then suddenly you think that you have arrived at the weekend and there iswhat you love most: the rally, the motorcycles, the single seatersor the Gran Turismo.And you get asmile. Sometimes it happens that we underestimate the importance of sport. Not only practicing it, but also watchingit on TV,or followingit on board aracetrack or a special stage, makes you feel, without mincing words, let'sfaceit,alive. Becauseit awakenschildish passionsin you,when maybeyour father took you thefirst few times to see those mechanical beasts up close that drove you crazy on television. And then you find that feeling of well-being and - why not? - of fulfillment that helps you get back on track for the week that is about to begin. Because suddenly you discover that you are already at theend of Sunday. Yes,sport isdefinitely healthy.

The Eroica is really a competition of charm: for the atmosphere, for the landscapes, for the means used. Bicycles that have made the history of Italian and non-Italian cycling, but also strictly vintage clothing. A sort of "Mille Miglia" on two wheels on a small scale, which mostly crosses dirt roads, between hills and vineyards in the province of Siena, in Gaiole in Chianti. Born from aGiancarloBrocci'sidea,since1997theEroicahas become an event that annually attracts cyclists from over sixty nations all over the world, to the point that the organizers had to put a maximum limit of 7,000 participants.
