FIRST AID
The Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor course prepares the instructor to teach and evaluate the swimming strokes and related skills found in the Lifesaving Society Swim for Life program. Candidates acquire proven teaching methods, planning skills, and a variety of stroke development drills and correction techniques. Pre-requisites: participants must have Bronze Cross (need not be current) and be 15 years old by the last day of the course.

CPR C / AED 13 YRS+
CPR C teaches participants the current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) practices and choking procedures for adults, children, and infants. CPR C is required for lifeguards, medical personnel and paramedics, but is ideal for anyone to have. This course is current for three years and includes Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.
