FOR coverage, current home-life challenges and every-day uncertainty at the moment it 2021 is difficult not to worry about what it all means for yourself, and for those you love. Stress, worry and anxiety are common problems at the best of times, and when it takes over it can be all-encompassing. During this course we will together explore the basics of CBT and Mindfulness. Through engaged experience you will be encouraged to try tasks that embody ‘embracing uncertainty’ while being supported online by your tutor. There will be a combination of practical CBT and Mindfulness exercises that you can use to manage worry and maintain well-being. There will also be video presentations and a reading list which can be conducted at your own pace. By the end of this course, you will know about the potential benefits of mindful awareness and how it can support you in coping with stress, worry or anxiety. Gained basic CBT skills, focusing on pleasure, connection and achievement as ways towards well being in these challenging times.
