Mindfulness Mini Retreat Day

A wonderful opportunity to refresh and deepen your personal practice of mindfulness in a silent group. The day will focus on sitting meditation (breath, body, sounds, thoughts...), gentle mindful movement, full body scan, mountain meditation, silent sitting and walking practice.
