Devon Good is made using Dartmoor spring water, creating a soft citrus centric, orange forward peppery gin. Lemon and orange peel, fresh pink grapefruit and orange zest, kafir lime, juniper and Seville orange blossoms make an extremely fragrant gin that sips well on the rocks or makes a fantastic G&T.

BERTHA’S REVENGE GIN ABV 42% Ireland
Bertha’s Revenge is a unique endeavour of a gin that takes its base spirit from whey and its name from a legendary cow – Big Bertha. Bertha reached the grand old age of 48 and had birthed 39 calves by the time she died in 1993, earning herself the title of world’s oldest cow (and most productive mother, to boot). Bertha’s Revenge Gin, distilled at Ballyvolane House Spirits, is a tribute to both her longevity and her maternal instincts.

BRECON WELSH GIN ABV 40% Brecon, Wales
A Welsh gin made at the famous whisky distillery, Penderyn. This is flavoured with juniper from Macedonia, orange peel from Spain, Chinese cassia bark, Sri Lankan liquorice, Madagascan cinnamon, French angelica root, Russian coriander, Indian nutmeg, Spanish lemon peel and Italian orris root. Very tasty indeed.

BROCKMANS GIN ABV 40% London, England
Brockmans Gin is something quite different. A fusion of botanicals sourced from all over Europe, this is an intensely smooth, refreshingly fruity gin unlike any other on the market. The unique recipe uses Tuscan juniper, Bulgarian coriander, Valencian orange peel and wild dried blueberries and blackberries. A carefully managed steeping and copper pot distillation method results in the highly distinctive and smooth taste. The traditional juniper notes act as a platform for the aromatic wild berries and the citrus kick to come to life.

BROKER’S GIN
ABV 47% Birmingham, England Broker’s Gin is made in a 200-year-old distillery in the heart of England using a traditional copper pot-still. The recipe is as old as the distillery. A quadruple-distilled pure grain spirit made from English wheat is re-distilled with ten traditional botanicals, creating a gin of outstanding flavour and smoothness. Broker’s Gin does not follow the modern trend of using weird and wonderful spirits and botanicals. There are no oddball ingredients in Broker’s Gin.

CHILGROVE GIN ABV 44% Chilgrove, England
On the nose is a clear floral (lavender and violet) aroma with fruity grape notes plus a hint of sweet (liquorice) and warm (orange) citrusy spice (coriander). On the palate this softly smooth full-bodied spirit has a well-rounded mouth feel with a clear piney juniper, floral and zesty citrus taste. There are also hints of herbaceous green (savory) and minty (water mint) along with warm orange to add to the flavor. On the close the minty green continues with the juniper and citrus (lemon and lime) plus a long spicy pepper (grains of paradise) finish.

CONKER DORSET DRY GIN ABV 40% Dorset, England
We’ve created a unique and intricate gin of ten select botanicals, distilled and bottled by us at Dorset’s first gin distillery, nestled in the back streets of Bournemouth. Whilst still a proper classic gin, led by a dry Macedonian juniper heart, the subtle incorporation of the Dorset notes of elderberries, samphire and handpicked New Forest gorse flowers brings bright and refreshing lighter notes to Conker.

COPPER HOUSE DRY GIN
ABV 40% Southwold, Suffolk, England Adnams Copper House Dry Gin is made with juniper berries, orris root, coriander seed, cardamom pod, sweet orange peel and hibiscus flower. Of these botanicals, it’s probably the hibiscus flower which is the least expected. On our travels, we actually experienced hibiscus flower in tea and we fell in love with the bitter, floral fruit flavours of the petals. We believe Hibiscus Flower adds a great dimension to our beloved gin.

ABV 46% Shipston-on-Stour, Cotswolds, England Our Cotswolds Dry Gin has a delectable blend of nine carefully-considered botanicals. We add our unique botanical mix of Cotswolds lavender and bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper and cardamom seed into our bespoke Holstein pot still for distillation before finishing with naturally refined Cotswolds water. The result is a classic well-balanced juniperled gin with crisp citrus and spice. This gin is delicious on its own and over ice.

Balanced with eight other carefully chosen botanicals, we have created an exceptionally fresh, smooth and truly original gin with complexity and balanced charm.

E18hteen Gin is made from the vodka produced by our Master Distiller. This allows for a better yield and makes E18hteen Gin sweeter and smoother to taste. This apple led gin is redistilled in copper pot alembic stills through a process of timed maceration using only the highest quality botanicals. This leads to a superb ensemble of flavours swirling around in a superb London Dry Gin.

EDINBURGH CANNONBALL GIN ABV 57.2% Edinburgh, Scotland
Inspired by Edinburgh’s rich naval heritage of cannons and the famous One O’clock Gun, our Cannonball Gin is a Navy Strength gin that lives up to its evocative name. Cannonball resurrects a historic style of gin commissioned by the British Navy, making this gin an homage to Edinburgh’s seafaring past. With twice the juniper content of our classic Edinburgh Gin, it packs quite the punch.

FIFTY POUNDS GIN ABV 43% London, England
The name comes from the time of George II and the 1736 Gin Act, when a 50 pound tax was levied on those wishing to produce and sell gin. The story goes that the ancestors of the makers of this fine gin, created a gin recipe which they ironically named ‘Fifty Pounds’. The current version of Fifty Pounds Gin is said to be taken from that recipe. Fifty Pounds blasts onto the palate with juniper, spearmint and almond essence top notes with mixed citrus peel and star anise below. A very smooth gin with a slight mint and eucalyptus finish

Our single batch award-winning gin is created from 10 botanicals, sourced from the same four corners of the globe in which my grandfather laid anchor. Whilst the exact recipe remains a secret, our botanicals include nutmeg grown in Sri Lanka and Indonesian cassia bark. We stay true to traditional hand crafted methods, distilling Hawthorn’s from 100% English wheat in a beautiful vintage copper pot still manufactured by John Dore &Co, long recognized as the finest still maker in the world.

HAMPSHIRE FINE DRY GIN
ABV 40% Hampshire, England There are 6 botanicals in Hampshire Fine Dry Gin including juniper, coriander, angelica, lemon and lime. The production method for this gins varies a little compared to the other Hampshire Gins produced: the dry botanicals macerated and distilled in the pot still as normal whilst the fresh citrus peel’s flavours and aromas are extracted by “vapour infusion”.

HAMPSHIRE GUNPOWDER NAVY STRENGTH GIN ABV 57% Hampshire, England
Our Navy Strength gin distilled with juniper, sea buckthorn and the highest quality gunpowder tea sourced in Hampshire. Bottling at 57% ABV (as required by British Navy law) allows the concentration of oils, extracted from the botanicals during distillation, to be raised significantly higher than a standard 40% gin giving a fuller flavour and silky mouth-feel.

ABV 40% London, England Opihr (pronounced O-Peer) smells of the cocktail of spices it’s made with, especially the cardamom. Its distinct aroma is soft, rounded, complex and balanced. It’s slightly sweet, with a spicy heat that builds gently, before fading into a long, soft finish of cardamom and juniper.

Ramsbury Gin is a classic London Dry with an up-to-date twist. This unique combination of savoury juniper and tart quince is both fresh and warming. Ramsbury Estate was built on the principle of using local ingredients and the idea of capturing the local landscape in a bottle. This ethos means Ramsbury Gin is distilled from the estate’s own spirit in a copper still, using only the finest Horatio wheat, grown in their fields in the ancient Wiltshire landscape.

ABV 44% Salcombe, Devon, England Salcombe Gin is the perfect balance of aromas and flavours between the heady, earthy and resinous pine notes of the finest Macedonian juniper, selected for their high Limonene content, combined with warming spiced citrus notes from English coriander seeds grown by one of our suppliers and fresh citrus peels, peeled by us immediately prior to distillation. We use a number of citrus peels including grapefruits, lemons and limes that were some of the fruit cargos carried by the famous Salcombe Fruiters, a key part of the spirit of our brand.

SIBLING GIN
ABV 42% Cheltenham, England A rather striking triple distilled gin from Cheltenham, made by a team of four siblings! Produced at their state-of-the-art distillery, the gin’s botanicals (which include juniper, vanilla, orange peel, lemon peel and blueberries - amongst others) are infused into the finely crafted spirit using a carter-head still. The spring water from Cheltenham used for Sibling Gin is naturally filtered through a layer of Fuller’s earth. This all results in a gin with a superb mouth feel, that wonderfully delivers notes of fresh citrus, creamy vanilla and bright, fruity blueberry.

Distilled on the banks of the legendary Silent Pool, with 24 botanicals carefully chosen for their uniqueness. All the botanicals work together in unison to afford a romantic, complex flavour. Fresh floral and clarifying citrus notes are grounded by earthy and spicy cassia bark and cubeb. The smooth finish is achieved with the help of local honey.

This gin liqueur contains real Unicorn tears. Created in a secret location, using our free range Unicorn herd and closelyguarded extraction process (patent pending). To give Unicorn tears their unique taste, we humanely force-feed these beautiful beasts entire wheelbarrows of citrus fruit, oranges, juniper berries, bunches of coriander, and sticks of liquorice. We then force down this concoction with a giant glittery pestle, like fantasy foie grass, and reap the tears as they fall.

No. 209 opens with a beautifully aromatic nose of citrus and floral notes with a hint of spiciness. First across the palate are the citrus high notes, with lemon followed by a hint of orange. As the spirt warms in the mouth, delicate floral notes are liberated from the bergamot and coriander. Mid- palate, there is a pepper like warmth from the emerging cardamom and juniper. As the cardamom continues to bloom across the palate mint like components further emerge. The cassia and other warm spice notes become prominent on the finish. The cassia in particular lingers, encouraging another sip.

For decades, the Suntory Spirits distillery in Osaka, Japan has been perfecting their very own gin. ‘Roku’ means six in Japanese and represents the six unique Japanese botanicals that go into this complex yet harmonious gin. These botanicals are harvested in accordance with ‘shun’, the moment of peak flavour: yuzu peel in winter, sakura flowers and sakura leaves in spring, sencha and gyokuro teas in summer, and sansho peppers in autumn.

This Genever is a special recipe by Patrick van Zuidam. The mash made from equal parts of rye, corn and malted barley is distilled three times after fermentation and then distilled again with a new blend of botanicals. In this blend feature among juniper and liquorice various other aromatic herbs and spices. The result is a mild genever flavour with a gentle mouth feel. A very refined spirit distilled according to ancient traditions and craftsmanship. A perfect aperitif.

Masons Lavender Edition Gin is light, sweet and, of course, floral. The lavender is an obvious component of the gin but it doesn’t cover the sweet, spiciness of the base spirit nor does it hide the definite pine notes. Based in Bedale using their juniper bushes and Harrogate spring water, Masons Gin is Yorkshire through and through. They distil using the traditional London Dry Gin method in a small, copper alembic still and produce a superb, small batch, craft gin.
