WELCOME The OD Group was founded in 2004 by Jon Kearney to work within the construction industry alongside many of the professional bodies in the interiors market to deliver high quality interior projects across commercial, residential, and leisure sectors. Over the past decade, steady growth and the consistent delivery of projects through some of the UK’s most exciting and challenging times has resulted in OD Projects gaining respect from not only the professional bodies that we work with but also our peers and the wider business community. Od is one of the Capital’s leading integrated design, project management and construction companies. With our partners we undertake various different projects in terms of scale and complexity for a diverse client base. We provide the very best specialist expertise in all facets of the construction process, from project initiation to completion. Our talented and experienced team has been hand picked, trained and supported so that they can achieve the very best results. The team is made up of like-minded individuals who understand the importance of attention to detail and the essential need for a high quality end product. We do not consider ourselves to be builders or contractors, but craftsmen who can be proud of what we produce from conception to completion. OD Projects has over 50 years collective experience as London and South East’s leading High Quality fitout contractor and we are keen to demonstrate our team player approach by working closely with all members of professional teams on their projects. TURNOVER Recently Od were delighted to announce the formation of the Od Group (Od Holdings) This has provided a transparent platform for our service to continually improve, allowing our key staff to drive their core skills specifically within their respective specialist division The group organisation commenced from the 2013/ 2014 financial period and is currently forecasting an overall turnover of £24million, £12 million of our forecast was secured prior to commencement of the new April to Apil financial period.
